Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (stile) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail,lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, Panelling of wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet & 5mm thick x15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mmx10mm(90 degree ) used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing on page No. 156 of MES SSR Part-II 2010, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Hi steel clip in false ceiling system with steel tile square or bevelled edged (600x600mm) manufactured out of 0.50 mm thick polyster coil coated galvanised steel having 180gms zinc coating. Coilcoated finish on front side and back coat of 5 micron alkays primer. Two sides of each tile shall have raised and piped and stopped to ensure position engagement in to the spring clip in profile allowing for demounting of individual tiles. The regid suspension system consists of rows of 0.50mm galvanized steel clip in profile of size 38 mm installed at 600 mm centre to centre spacing to support the tiles wall suspension angle of size 24mmx24mm and 0.40mm thick are suspended from the roof structure by ceiling brackets. Wall suspension angle are made of coil coated steel matching the colour of tile they are joined to the clip in profile system by hold on clamps. The tiles/planks are held in place by pressure clip replace the suspension angle.
