1- Assistance in elecrical preventive maintenance of 400KV Kashipur-Moradabad line (107.7Kms) and 400KV Kashipur-Nehtaur line(94.514Kms) with total 202.214Kms. transmission carrying out following miscellaneous works on routine basis and with round the clock availability of manpower; A- Regular patrolling of complete line every month, detection of defects of the line i.e. dislocation of jumpers, weak joints, condition of conductor, earth wire, clamps, vibration dampers, tower parts etc and submission of patrolling report of line in prescribed performa every month B- Safe cutting & removal of trees/branches developed in reserve gallery of line and disposal of the same away from the gallery of line to a suitable place. a) Trees upto 20cm girth b) Trees above 20cm girth C- Lopping & chopping of trees branches near by cutting, burning, removing of Kurie, thorn bushes below the line and in forest area and disposal of same to a suitable placed. D(a) Checking of jumpers, their cones bolts / nuts, washers etc. and insulator clamps at all section tower and ensuring tightness of jumpers in above lines detected in hot spot scanning. D(b) Replacing / repairing the defective parts/ portion found during the checking of jumpers , cones , bolts, nuts, warshers etc and insulators clamp at all section towers. E- Fabrication and fixing of missing tower parts on tower including nuts & bolts and its accessories etc of above lines (excluding supply of tower parts) including transpotation shifting etc with competion in all respect. F- Replacement of broken, damaged disc insulators as and when detected in tension fittings/Suspention fitting of lines. (Note:- One no. operation signfies deployment of 2 highly skilled, 4 skilled and 4 semi-skilled manpower for a period of 8 hours. ) Quantity:- (400 KV line -Quantity: 500 Operations, Rate: INR 7223.63/Operations),
