M & L for 5mm thick rendering on cement concrete as in ceiling with cement mortaar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of ceiling plastered/AC sheet and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper and a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of existing un-serviceable water proofing treatment , taking down cement plaster etc, of any description and claening of top surfaces of cement concrete flushing out junction of parapet walls and washing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to non assessible RCC roofs by providing 10mm thick screed in CM 1:3 mixed using 100 % course sand with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement & applying one coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.40 kg/sqm and allow to dry and applying one coat of 85/25 grade hot blown bitumen @1.20 kg per sqm & laying APP based polymeric modifed membrane with polyster non woven reinforced of weight not less than 3kg/Sqm of 3 mm thick with polythene finished sealing with side overlaps of 75mm & 100 mm laps at the ends of membrane by torch application method & applying a coat of aluminium paint as per the makes approved by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid sepratly

Disconnecting existing tanks of any capacity exc 500 Ltrs and n. exc 1000 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of any description and from any position incl cleaning for refixing or removing from site.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall by brooming down or scraping down smoke ,soot moulds,moass and efflorcocent salts trading oil and greasy sposts to surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistace primer complete all as specified and directed.
