Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto 1.50 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed upto all leads and lifts.

Providing & laying cement concre 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand: 12graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Stone soling hand packed with interstices and spall complete in all respect

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15mm thick weled with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including levelling centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, hight of propping and cenring below supporting floor two ceiling and removal of the same for instu- reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- (a) Columns

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4 greaded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in a)foundation,footings a) Columns, pillars, posts and struts upto floor two level.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes of wet mix Macadam specification i/c spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming crushable Screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required Density Grading -1 as per Technical Specification

Brick work using common clay burnt building bricks in superstructure avobe ground level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) 1st class bricks upto all hight.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, i/c cutting, hosting, fixing in position and appling a priming coat of red lead paint:-(a) In grating framed guard bars ladder railling brackets and similar work

10mm cement plaster in singale coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastring upto floor two level including arrrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished evehn and smooth in cement mortar 1:3(1cement :3sand).

Coloured/White glazed digital tile 6mm thick in skirting risers of steps and dado 12mm tick cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3sand) and jointed with cement slurry. Kajaria/Oriented Make.

Appling birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final metter finish to the surface complete.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter with ready mixed paint otyher than white.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint Apex of Asian brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M- 30 grade i/c border or kurb block gray or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curring rubbing & polishing complete (sub base concrete floor to be paid for separately) 80mm thick inter locking blocks.

Providing and fixing M.S. B.P sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling i/c cutting fixing & welding to steel roof members & appling a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.( base mambers of steel work shall be measured & paid sepertely.

C/O toe wall for protection of slopes as per drawing and technical specifications clause-1302.50 nominal mix 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 stone aggregate) 20mm nominal size i/c formwork.

Providing and laying PVC pipe for weep holes 100mm dia

RR masonery / polygonal rubble (uncoursed) brought coursed with hard stone approved quality in foundation and plinth i/c levelling up with cement conc. 1:6:12 gradeed stone agg 40mm nominal size at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 1cement:6 sand)

Conustructing course rubble hammer dressed U shape open surface drain with side wall 15X22cm in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand)and inside plastering with cement plaster 1:3 including earth and laying 10cm concrete in 1:5:10 of 40mm nominal size and 7.5cm cement concrete 1:2:4 of 20mm nominal size and finished with a floating coat of neat cement as per standard desig
