SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I:- Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Nominal mix) type B1 (1:2:4) 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (Nominal mix) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc, basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal Mix), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in beams, cantilevers, shelves, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 m mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality confirmaing to TMT bars, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto & including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers & binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work or on one side of lathing or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified & directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work, vertical to rough finished concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, complete all as specified and directed .

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones(fixing hold fasts), bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straight or curved) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, un-courses, well bonded bedded & solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in posts & struts in fencing using angle, iron or other sections, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilled holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting and riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165, complete all as all as specified and directed. Note : Unit rate is also included locking holes after fixing of barbed wire and welding to bent portion as directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixed to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc as directed, complete all as specified and directed. (Each line wire to be measured separately).

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings with ends of bars shouldered or reveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar works, conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165, complete complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre-cast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs for man holes and similar articles, set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete, 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels or drains etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.(inner girth only measured)

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II:- S&F single pointed air termination aluminium rod, 12mm dia, 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium strip 25 X 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc, for roof conductors and down conuctors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI strip 32 x 6mm complete with saddles and fixing screws etc. for fixing the strip complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel complete with 40mm dia light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel including char coal dust, salt, PCC 1:2:4 in pit with precast RCC M-15 cover reinforced with XPM not less then 4.00 Kg per sqm including necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, returning filling in complete as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009), and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated, including testing on completion. NOTE: The rates for earthing includes the cost of earth lead and protection pipe upto 7.50m length.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze, size 75 X 75 X 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia, 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and directed.
