OD140447/2025-2026:Dismantling the 5HP motor into stator and rotor, cleaning the windings, attending minor repairs, retaping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with Lithium base grease, heating and baking the windings, including dismantling the repairs of impeller shaqft assembly by metaling, polishing, leveling and correcting alignment, reassembling, refitting in position, giving connections including scrapping, cleaning, painting with 2 coats of Grey enamel paint and take trial run etc. complete.

OD140442/2025-2026:Dismantling the starter of 40 HP motor parts by parts, draining the oil, filtering the oil, cleaning the, terminal contacts, cutting, levelling and polishing the contacts wherever necessary, checking the tripping mechanism, replacing the damaged contacts, attending minor repairs, and refitting, resetting and making the starter in good working condition

OD140449/2025-2026:Charges for dismantling the 40 HP Pump set taking out the impeller shaft assembly to workshop if required dismantling in to parts by parts removing foreign materials, attending repairs to shaft, impeller by metaling leveling polishing etc. cleaning checking impeller leaves , greasing the bearing etc resetting impeller shaft assembly, conveying back to pump house and refitting the pump in complete shape using fresh gland packing bolt ad nut etc as required, scrapping cleaning and painting the pump with 2 coats of grey enamel paint and make into good working condition.

OD193565/2025-2026:Supply, conveying, erecting, testing and commissioning the 350 mm dia MS pipe in suction/ delivery side having sheet minimum thickness 6.35 mm and cutting in to required length, facing the cutting edges, painting two coats of synthetic best quality enamel paint over a coats red oxide primer, including conveyance charges to pump house and labour charges for loading, unloading, etc.

OD193694/2025-2026:Supply and providing the rough cut flange ring joint 12 mm depth for 300/350 mm MS pipe after facing the cutting edges of flange rings neatly and set out the flange rings in correct position to both vertical and horizontal planes and welding in two rows accurately, painting two coats of synthetic best quality enamel paint over a coats red oxide primer including providing necessary nuts and bolts , rubber packing grease etc , all labour charges for lifting and holding of pipes as per the necessity of welder at site.

Provision for rewinding and other work under emergency

OD140456/2025-2026:Seperate the motor in to stator and rotor , remove the whole burnt stator coil by cutting, pulling and cleaning the slots.Insulating the slots by using nomex paper, rewinding the complete stator slots by using same gauge new copper super enameled winding wire and taping coils.Providing new lead wires, sockets etc.Varnishing the coil using best quality insulation varnish and baking the coils, reassembling and test run the motor.(Less the cost of scarp copper wire)

OD140453/2025-2026:Refitting 40 HP motor, starter and other electrical accessories,( Accessories when necessary ) and erecting the motor on the base plate coupling with pump, erecting the starter regulator TP switch etc in position giving connections checking correct alignment and trial run on full load

OD140455/2025-2026:Supply and renewal of ball bearing No. 6311 or its equivalent in place of damaged one.
