M & L Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment of soil under existing floor using chemical emulsion at the rate of one liters per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specifications and drawings etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Applying evenly two coats of bitumen blown any grade, applied hot to concrete surface at the rate of 1.50 kg per square metre per coat etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Coloured Non-skid Ceramic tiles, Joint free, 8 to 9 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Coloured Non-skid Ceramic tiles, Joint free, 8 to 9 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in skirting/dado or verticle surfaces with back coat bedding layer of 10 mm thick 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Coloured Non-skid Ceramic tiles, Joint free, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed Coloured ceramic tiles in verticle surfaces 450x 300x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer 10mm thick 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store 25 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of CPVC pipes, of 25mm dia SDR -11 including plain CPVC SDR fittings for Hot/cold water for sizes including all fittings and solvents and special fittings like brass elbow, brass tee, male threaded brass adaptor, female threaded brass adaptor etc, Unions, Flange and tank adapter all as per manufacturers recommendations and complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store 15 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (including fixing bolts & flush pipe, plastic water closet seat,black, closed pattern with bottom, with mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device etc.) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, fixed in repair. S&F Vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 550 x 400 mm including waste pipe and fittings,chromium plated,brass, with long screwed shanks and flynuts,flange and bedded in red lead cement, brackets including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge, fixed in repair. Taking up or down PVC pipes, in any class, 75mm bore (including all fittings) including disconnecting pipes and fittings complete all as specified.

S&F 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls (rates includes for making good disturbed surfaces) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 75mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete blocks of size 300 x 300 x 150mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge, fixed in repair.

S&F 50mm bore High density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes of pressure rating 6 Kgf/sq.cm laid in trenches or in any position complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge fixed in repair.

Supply , installation and finishing Sundek Air-Cush wooden sports flooring system with 21 mm thick (50 to 100 mm width) kiln seasoned imported Maple wood (sycamore) surface board, in random length in tongue and groove shape (The edges of the boards will have a finger lock groove and the bottom side with air pass groove) over and including under frame made of commercial quality Fir/Spruce/Pine wood runners of 90/70 mm x 45 mm treated with anit-termite solution and fixed on the bottom side with 18 mm thick air-cushioning pads by nails through the two wings at 350 mm c/c. Finally the floor will be machine sanded to obtain uniform level surface and finished with imported non-skid DIN certified Polyurethane lacquer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge, in repairs

M&L Court marking to the Badminton courts as per Sports manual etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
