M & L for carring out soil investigation by Augur boring method to carry out bore holes with 150 mm dia shell and augur equipments in all sort of soil maximum 6 mtr depth collection of distrurbed and undisturbed samples in 75 mm dia thin wall tube sample from each bore, conduction tests at site in suitable laboratory as mentioned below including refilling the bore holes with suitable soil and making good the disturbedsurfaces complete all as specified and direced by the Eng-in-charge:- (a) Determination of physical soil properties.(b) Particle size analysis .(c) Liquid limit, Plastic limit, Plasticity index. (d) Filed dry density (e) Field moisture contents (light road pavements) (f) Specific gravity (g) Swelling properties (h) Soil classification (j) Soil free swell index (k) Swell pressue test (l) Determination of organic material in soil (m) Safe bearing capacity at 1 mtr, bt wet classification 1.25 mtr, 1.5 mtr, 1.75 mtr, 2.00 mtr and at 3.00 mtr (n) Photographic record of geo exloration of testing for each bore hole (o) Recommendation as regards possibility of liquefaction of soil (p) Recommendation for filling under floor (q) Chemical content of soil (r) SBC should be worked out for following sizes of footing:- A) 1.50 X1.50 M B) 1.50 X 2.50 M C) 2.0 X 2.50 M D) 2.0 X 3.0 M E) 2.0 X 3.0 M Note :- 1 THe above recommendations of the safe bearing capacity can be provided in a tabular form as mentioned in the particular specifications and submisson of reports in 5 copies. Note :- 2 The samples of soil and rock collected from site shall be preserved.

(i) Architecture Services-Preparation of complete architectural drawing (Elevation section and schedule of finishes external weather coat, internal OBD ,white wash on wall/ceiling in toilet area,floor/ dado ceramic tiles in toilet area,kota stone on floor/skirting in living and veranda,synthetic enamel paint on wooden/steel surface)the drawing will cover detailed working drawing to minutes details (including sanitary fittings) with reference to technical , architectural and functional requirements in soft & hard copy. (Approx Plinth area - 41. 65 Sqm)

(ii) Structure services-Structural design and drawing duly incorporated with all the details based upon sail repast intone non below, M-25 deign mix for RCC structural TMT of grade Fe 500D/ 550 D and latest IS code, final submission of all the approved Structural drawings with supported by relevant design data(stand file) in hard & soft copy for all the category of buildings in desired configuration. Datta should be vetted from Govt IIT/ NIT and desin got approved from CWE Ahmadabad. (Approx Plinth area - 41.65 Sqm)

(iii) Detailed Estimate -Preparation of detailed estimate as per approved architectural, structural drawings as per SSR 2020 pattern along with rate analysis. (Approx Plinth area - 41.65 Sqm)

(i) Architecture services preparation of complete architrectural drawing (Elevation section and schedule of finishes external coat, Internal OBD, white was on wall/ ceiling in toilet area, floor/ dado ceramic tiles in toilet area, kota stone on floor/ skirting in living and veranda, synthetic enamel paint on wooden/ steel surface) the drawing will cover detailed architectural and functional requirements in soft & hard copy. (Approx Plinth area 14.88 Sqm).

(ii) Structure services structural design and drawing duly incorporated with all the details based upon sail repast intone non below, M-25 design mix for RCC Structural TMT of grade Fe 500D/ 550 D and latest IS Code, final submission of all the approved structural drawing with supported by relevant design data (stand file) in hard & soft copy for all the category of buildings in desired configuration.
