M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/specification from bottom to top, complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm. (ii) Supply and laying 3mm thick APP based olymeric membrane of approved manufacturer with weight not less than 3.50 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non-woven polyester febric weight not less than 160gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30cm(minimum) and than inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (iii) Two coats of Solar reflective bituminious Aluminium paint of approved brand to be provided over the APP membrane as per manufacturers instructions. Note : (a) Work shall be carried out through specialized applicator approvred by GE. Contractor shall submit sufficent documents/Credentials in support of Applicator whom he wants the work excuted. (b) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method as per manufactures instructions. (c) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturers instruction

S&F in repair, 1.25mm thick Steel rolling shutters, with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle

Demoliation of cement Concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor/ hardstanding finished even and fair laid in alternate ways with and including aluminium dividing strips, 1.5mm thick, inserted in position, conform to design complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 Sqm each) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall & ceiling of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete including removing debries of the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 20mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm and 10mm) sperately mixed with water proofing compund in top layer as per manufacturers instruction and finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid separately

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 for finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.
