Stage-I Conducting survey and Preparation of DPR & analyzing Quantity of Solid Waste generation, Cleaning, Sweeping, Collection Transport mechanism of Solid Waste including machinery and men power. Geographical Challenges, Status of present Logistic Fleet. Waste Characterization. Status of present Processing and Disposal adopted for SWM.

Stage-II Preparation of RFP and Tender Document with Details for Aerobic Digestion system (organic manure) processing. Draft Technical Proposal for Aerobic Digestion system (organic manure) including GA drawings, General Specifications of the equipment’s and Civil work structural Design inputs, drainage work, boundary wall, tube well work, Internal and external electrification at site and other building works required for the designing of complete plant and road work for passage of transport vehicles at site (Location & Land plan). Comprehensive maintenance contract of the whole solid waste plant for next 10-20 years after the expiry of DLP 2 years. Deployment of sufficient men power to run the plant. Grid tied Solar power plant to cater the need of electrical load of plant as a power backup during day and night hours as per the DISCOM policy. Circuit for 11 KV, Transformer with 11/0.4 KV sub-station, RMU, HT Cable, LT Panels with required numbers of outgoings to provide electrical supply to all the plant machinery. Detailed Cost Estimate for the Project. Proposal on Project Model with Design and finance. Proposal for project Model on Engineer Procurement Contract. Preparation of BOQ (RFP) and Tender documents.
