Excavation over areas n. exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas n. exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / disintegrated rocks complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete or as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

150mm thick (spread thickness) soling with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete work in pavement / hard standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/ per sqcm in field using 400 Kg of cement per cum, thickness of concrete 20cm or less, including necessary formwork and finishing concrete surfaces by brooming whilst the concrete is green complete all as specifeid and as directed.

Forming 20mm thick expansion joints filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30mm, primed and sealed with sealing compound grade ‘B’, Thickness of concrete slab 200 mm, all as specified.

Forming construction (Dummy) joint for 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade-'B', complete all as specified and directed.

RCC Hume pipe medium Grade Np-3,300mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars in cement mortar 1:1 in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes of 300mm bore after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material soft / disentegrated rock exc. 250 m but n exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 500 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth,spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick;watering, amming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape,etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and directed. Note: Hard dense soil excavated vide item No. 1 shall be reused for forming embankments.The cost of removing is being paid separately here in before.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth,spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick;watering, amming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape,etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and directed. Note: The earth for forming embankment shall be brought outside of defence land as approved by GE in writing. The cost of excavation, Transportation is deemed included in the unit rate quoted.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,in hard/dense soil including removing of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in posts complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel rolled sections Fe - 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality "A" as in framing for roofing cladding, rafters, purlins fixes with angle, cleats, hollow section and connecting plates etc including embedding in concrete and screwing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

High tensile galvalume sheets colour coated single skin high rib / multi rib TMP Profile Galvalume sheeting in roof having 1000-1020 mm width 28 mm high crest @ maximum 250 mm pitch (centre to centre) and minimum 190mm manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) cold rolled steel, having yield strength 550MPa minimum and wall coated with 25 micron modified polyester paint system applied on Zincalume on top and with back coating on sheet shall be 7-10 micron epoxy paint. The sheet shall be supplied in length maximum upto 6-12 meters long to suit with structural dimensions and fixed with self tapping screws with built in gasket (with bitumen washer) of suitable size machine fixed as per manufacturer instructions and applying adhesive compound to joint overlap of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
