Design, Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply and Installation and Transportation of Mono-Perc (Monocrystalline) Grid - Tied Roof-Top Solar PV Power Plant Single phase / Three phase with warranty as per detailed specification and as below for rooftops of Stations, COP, service buildings, residential buildings / quarters, LC gates or nominated locations in the Kota division: (Solar Plant capacity as per site requirement) Note : All materials for the power plant will meet the standards and warranties as per MNRE. This work includes : (i)Solar PV Panels, Mono-Perc Half Cut 01 (Monocrystalline), 540/545/550/570 Wp, ALMM, BIS, IEC61215, IEC61730, ISO 9001 Certified. (ii)Solar On-Grid Tie Inverter with pure sine wave Single Phase / Three Phase Output. (iii)Mounting Structure for Solar Panels (MS/GI/ALUMINIUM Structure as per requirement). (iv)ACDB Junction Box. (v)DCDB Junction Box. (vi)AC Cable in PVC Conduit, ISI Marked. (vii)DC Cable in PVC Conduit, ISI Marked. (viii)Earthing and Lighting Arrestor. (ix)Walkway/Cable Tray. (x)Design/Liasioning including Miscellaneous charges Note- Item shall comply letter No. i)F.No. 283/24/2024-GRID SOLAR dtd 12.08.2025 ii)F.No. 283/51/2025-GRID SOLAR dtd 30.04.2026,issued by MNRE for ALMM list-II for solar PV cells.

Installation, Commissioning, Transportation with necessary civil work complete in all aspects required for execution of item no.1

Supply of Automatic changeover with Current Limiter 30A / 30A, as per detailed specification.

Supply of MCB Box 4 way as per detailed specification.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning, of item no. 3 & 4 above i.e. Automatic changeover with Current Limiter and MCB Box 4 way.

Supply of material, installation, testing & commissioning of distribution box as per 06 model no. DBDD 12 or similar ans separate neutral link with one MCB triple pole 63 Amp. Rating in the incoming and five nos. single pole 25 Amp. And 6 Amp. MCB for outgoing circuit. The internal wiring from 63 Amp. MCB to 25 Amp. MCB should be done with 10 sq.mm. copper PVC insulated conductor by distributing all three phase etc.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Single Phase Net Metering of various 07 capacity solar plant including Meter Set (Both Solar Meter and Net Meter) and Meter Box inclusive of all Discom Fees i.e. Registration Fees, feasibility Fees, Testing Fees and all other charges and accessories / panel etc. with LTCT/HTCT required at site .

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Three Phase Net Metering of various 08 capacity solar plant including Meter Set (Both Solar Meter and Net Meter) and Meter Box inclusive of all Discom Fees i.e. Registration Fees, feasibility Fees, Testing Fees and all other charges and accessories / panel etc. with LTCT/HTCT required at site.
