TENDER FOR NRO WORKS AT JAMBHALI, TAL. SAKOLI, DIST. BHANDARA

NRO Site at Jambhali Dist. Bhandara is a strategic location situated at Jambhali village on NH53 in between Sakoli and Lakhni. This route being East West Corridor serves long distance truckers from ports and major transport hubs on this route. The location lies on exit of Sakoli City flyover, serving traffic commuting between Chhattisgarh and Nagpur. To compete with OMC ROs and gain back the volume lost at SR Modi 121080 due to Sakoli Flyover, NRO is proposed. Potential is huge on this highway due to east west movement and Nagpur being a major Transport hub, there are many customers originating from Nagpur and plying on NH 6. Need for this NRO: At present we have 16 ROs, 6BPC, 6IOC and 4HPC in the trading area. NRO at this location will help us to tap OMC volumes and gain our market share as it will be the first RO after the exit of Sakoli Flyover. We have received DM NOC for the location and the NIP for the location is approved. The lease negotiation is completed and lease registration will be done soon. Hence, we would like to float the tender for NRO construction works at Jambali. The NRO Construction works include following jobs: Civil (Sales building, RCC Culvert, Driveway development etc.) Mechanical Works (Tank, MPD & STP Installation, Pipeline etc.) Electrical Works (Electrical panels, Cabling for MPD, STP, Light poles etc., Light poles, Earthing etc.)
