Intake Chamber

Excavation of pipe line trench in following strata lift upto 1.5m lead upto 30m. Including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto adistance of 60m from trenches including supply of labour, T&P etc complete. Assuming that 90% pipe line is laid in trenches, it is estimated that 75% excavation will be in soil mixed with shingle, bajri & boulders and 15% will be in ordinary rock.

Supply of all materials, labours, T&P. etc.and construct Gate valve chamber as per type design complete.

Inserting and fixing water meters or fittings such as stop cocks, wheel valves etc. in the existing G.I. pipe lines including cutting and threading pipe and making long threads etc. complete, but excluding cost of all materials. Upto 25 mm size (Labour cost only)

Making ferrule connection in the existing main of G.I, A.C, PVC or any type of pressure mains with saddle piece, service connections, fittings and fixing of G.M. ferrule including tapping the main, but excluding the cost of earth work and cost of all materials. Making connection with the existing M.S. Galvanised mains of upto 25mm nominal dia, including cutting and threading of pipe, bailing out water, fixing, if required, specials and testing etc. complete, but excluding cost of insertion pipes and specials besides boring out (and also subsequent back fill) existing main.

Supply of all materials, labour T&Petc complete to construct CWR as per drawing includung all pipes & fittings complete.

Supply & fixing of chlorinating arrangement of 25 litre capacity over CWR roof slab. Including supply of all materials & labours as per type design & drawing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specification grade in 1:4:8( cement: sand :aggregate)

Provision for Protection works including all materials, T&P, labour complete as per the direction of Engineer in chargeRandam rubbel stone masonery in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specification grade in 1:2:4( cement: sand :aggregate)
