Supply of 90W pressure Die cast aluminium housing streetlight with system lumen of minimum 16800lm & system efficacy of 140Im/W, IP66, IK10, Single piece die cast including spigot, dia 48-76mm,with integrated optical cover. Streetlight should have standalone lighting control system with AUTO on/off based on Dusk/Dawn timings, preset time setting with monthly variation(Jan to Dec.), inbuilt Real time clock for switching, includes dimming profile for energy savings, drift not exceeding max 2mins per year, clock retention upto minimum two years, auto switching off secondary power for module, dimmable driver based on PWM control, dim to off with High/Low Voltage cut off with 440V protection for 8 hrs for complete luminaire including driver and Astro module, EMI/EMC complaint as per EN55015,IEC61547.surge protection as per IEC 61000-4-5,driver meeting IEC61347,complete luminaire meeting IEC60598-2-3-2002, Luminaire manufacture shall provide LM79 report from NABL accredited lab & LM80 report issued by LED manufacturer. Both the fixture and Driver should be of same make & must have separate BIS approval

Supply , Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 120 Watt ,110 Lumen/Watt LED flood light luminaire with mandatory driver set having die cast aluminium body comprises of elegantly designed highly efficient lenses ,heat Resistant and toughened glass cover with IP-66 Protection fitting.

Supply and fixing of LED Single dome type Aviation light with die cast Aluminium confirming to IP66 protection, as per direction of engineer-In-Charge.

Supply , Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Control panel Housing comprising of suitable MCB, timer- contractor circuit for automatic ON/Off of lights.

S/I/T/C of weather proof 3 phase SMC MOULDED SERVICE CONNECTION BOARDS / Busbar box for AB Cables with pole mounting arrangement, with cable entry from bottom or sides and Busbar for high fault currents(Confoming to relevant BIS/IS standard or equivalent)

Supply of PVC sheathed L.T. ABC Cable of 1.1 KV Grade Al Conductor cable as reqd as per IS-14255 3X70 + 1X16 + 1X50 sqmm.

Supply of accessories for erection of AB Cable(Conforming to relevant BIS/IS standard or equivalent)

Erection of AB Cable on existing poles including fixing accessories as reqd.

Supply of steel Tubular pole 8.5 to 9.00 mt with Red oxide painted 410/SP.-29 swaged type steel tubular pole in single part along with 300X300X6 base plate & 100X3 top cap(Confoming to IS 2713 (PART I TO III) : 1980 or equivalent with upto date amendments )

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Above 8.0 metre and upto 10.0 metre

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts,bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required. (conforming to IS-1239 part 1 (2004) or equivalent)

Supply of PVC insulated PVC sheathed 1.1KV grade 2x10 sq.mm armoured Aluminum conductor cable as required confirming to IS–7098 (Part I) 1988 with up to date amendments.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Upto 35 sq.mm(clamped with 1mm thick saddle)
