S & F for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65 x100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of EngineerIn- Charge. Note- S S Butt hing measured and paid separately at relevant item

All four corner are fusion welded & screwed with 8 x 50mm self-screws for additional strength. After joining all 4 corner clear space to be paneled with 5mm thick glass / S S mosquito mesh after glazing of inside of shutter 10 x 12mm pvc “L” shape bead to be nailed or sticked with shutter. Provided 2 Nos SS hinges of 100 mm, 1 Nos S S handle of 125 mm ,2 Nos S S tower bolt of 125mm and 01 peg stay for each shutter (Glazed and Gauzed) incl factory made 100 % solid WPC window frame 125 mm x 65 mm double rebated frame & mullion 125 x 80mm. made from WPC (Single extruded process) material comparising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 57-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (Wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and nontoxic additives fabricated with meter joints after applying PVC solvent cement & screwed with fully body treated star headed screws having minimum frame desity not less than 800 kg / cum, having good screw holding capacity (screw withdrawal strength of (min 990N). Minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2. Modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite / borer proof, water / mosquito proof & fire retardant & fixed in position with fasteners / hold fast of required size. Window shall be provided with MS Grill/Guard Bars made of 10mm MS Sq Bar welded to 6 x 12mm MS Flat including painting with countersunk holes at both vertical ends. Gap between the bars should not be more than 125mm. Demolition of lime concrete in floors and paving exe 15 cm thick above ground floor (sunken floor) including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance , scales, oil or any othet loose material and removing the demolished material outside the MOD land.Complete all as specified and directed

Providing and application two coat of acrylic polymer modified cementitious flexible waterproof coating on horizontal and vertical surface for sunken floor as per manufacturer direction after base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flaky materials. The coatings shall be applied at intervals and as per the manufacturer’s specifications and approved by Engineer in Charge . Note : Ponding test after water proofing coating willl be done for ponding for 48 Hrs .

M/L for 15 mm thick protection plaster CM 1:4 floor and wall with polymer modified repair mortar (SBR Latex liquid polymer as per manufactur direction ).Complete all as specified and directed Note :- The rates of SBR quoted shall deemed to be included for these items
