M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring and finished fair and even all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured joint free non-skid ceramic tiles, 7mm to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured / white cement to match laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350x250x7mm or 450x350x7mm thick, as in skirting / dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured / white cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick backing on stone/brick masonry surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick/stone walls or in ceiling surfaces incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish outside MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc.10cm in width with PCC (1:3:6), type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cooking platform, shelves, cover slab, etc; set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M&L 18 to 20mm thick black Granite (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking platform and like including grounding smooth the exposed edges laid with cement mortar (1:4), 15mm thick screed and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Rate quoted shall deem to include for necessary moulding of sharp edges as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles 12mm thick machine cut, bedded in cment mortar 1:3, 15mm thick and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PVC (SWR) pipe type 'B' 50mm bore single socketed with solvent cement joints laid in trenches or in floors all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 50mm PVC SWR floor trap plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F grating square 150mm size of PTMT complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 20mm bore UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf / cm2, fixed to wall/ceiling or on floor all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases for concealing water tubing and making good, in stone or concrete block or slab or walls, cutting not exc 10cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F bib tap 15mm dia, chromium plated, fancy type, cast copper alloy, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or ferrule and complete all as directed.

S&F Stainless steel sinks 1mm thick with plugs, washers and waste; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf walls, or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to waste pipe, overall size 495mm x 420mm, bowl size 410 x 330 x 160mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or laterite stone masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar, including all quioins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete article and removing rubbish out side MD landall as directed.

M&L for laterite stone masonry, squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded and solidly hearted , built in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed .

M & L for cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc including form work all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying 2 coats of cement base paint over alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed..

M&L for preparation of old treated plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying 2 coats of cement base paint all as specified and directed..

M&L mild steel works as in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, welding, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe- 410 or Fe-310 all as specified and directed.

M&L galvanised 2 stand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of strandard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire , staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.
