Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces or PCC block masnory wall surfaces; finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement plaster 1:3 on ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces or PCC block masnory wall surfaces; finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over a coat of primer over and including a coat of cement based wall care putty complete.

Preparing wall surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces

M&L for preparation of old previously treated wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper .

Preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint).

Removal of existing roof treatment consisting of screed bed, tar felts of any description, etc., including removal of debris outside MD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer's instructions) and finishing surface fair and smooth. (Note :- Supply only liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately)

Demolition of existing lime concrete / PCC padding of any thickness and any description, laid over RCC Roof / Chajjas, etc., cleaning and washing of roof with water to remove dust etc to receive waterproofing treatment, complete, including removal of debris outside MD land, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete, type B0, 1:2:4 ( using 12.5mm graded stone aggregaes), as in roof padding, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing the edge/corner of Chajja/roof projection and similar work by removing plaster of width / girth exc 200mm but not exc 300mm and making good with 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 to match with existing surface

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

Material and labour for water proofing treatment by applying one coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm with brush / roller, laying of 3 mm thick APP based polymer modified membrane (mineral finish) reinforced non-woven polyester, weight not less than 3.50 Kg / Sqm and sealing all the over laps 150 mm in length side and 100 mm in width side of membranes laid with torch application complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store.

S&F tubes 20 mm bore medium grade 'galvanised' with and including all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors or in trenches.

Disconnecting existing 500 litre tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

Disconnecting existing 1000 litre tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

S&F in repairs 500 litres, white colour, triple layer, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I; including provision of all fittings such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow, etc., including provision of 20mm size ball valve, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe, complete.

S&F in repairs 1000 litres, white colour, triple layer, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I; including provision of all fittings such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow, etc., including provision of 20mm size ball valve, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe, complete.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from 1000Litre tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc.
