Supply & Fixing for wall mounted voltage stabilizer 12 Amp capacity single phase, naturally air cooled with volt meter, for automatic Low & High Voltage cut-off protection for input voltage of 150 V to 280V and output voltage stabilized between 230 V with accuracy of 2.5% fixing voltage stabilizer to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing for wall mounted voltage stabilizer 15 Amp capacity single phase, naturally air cooled with volt meter, for automatic Low & High Voltage cut-off protection for input voltage of 150 V to 280V and output voltage stabilized between 230 V with accuracy of 2.5% fixing voltage stabilizer to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Fixing and testing for Auto change over digital timer switch 1 To 24 Hr’s programmable micro Controller Based Technology Split AC With Auto/ Manual Facility suitable for 2 Nos 2.0 TR air conditioner (for 24 hrs operation / for operation of standby AC) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing air conditioner copper pipe grade ASTM B280 suitable size for suction and discharge line of refrigerant gas complete including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for nitrile rubber foam insulation pipe suitable for suction and discharge split air conditioner copper tube complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Unplasticised PVC pipes 20 mm dia of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 ISI marked with tee, bend, coupler etc fixed on wall/ floor or as required as site for AC water drain pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F round PVC FRLS insulated stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sq mm, 4 core 1100 volt grade cable connected from indoor unit to out door unit of AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing of PVC standard sloted cable trunking of size 45 mm H x 60 mm W fixed to walls, ceilings etc with all fixing accesories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring using four single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 10.0 Sqmm of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts drawn in existing concealed PVC conduit or in surface conduit of dia not less than 25 mm with standard accessories, along-with one run of FRLS PVC (green colour) insulated , unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor of size 10.0 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. (Note : four run of single core PVC cable with one run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit.)

Material & Labour for sub main wiring using two single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts drawn in and including PVC casing capping of size not less than 20 mm with standard accessories fixed on walls / ceiling surface along-with one run of FRLS PVC (green colour) insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 4.0 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. (Note for item No 12 & 13 : two run of single core PVC cable with one run of earth conductor and if reqd surface conduit shall be measured as one unit.)

M & L for chemical earthing with using copper earth plate of 900 x 600 x 5 mm buried directly in ground) Earth pit not less than 4.0 meter below the ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 3.25 meter below ground level connected to test point terminal test block by means of copper nuts, bolts, check nuts & washer etc with including necessary earth work and Pre- cast RCC earth pit and cover lifting arrangement and with two coat red paint including marking the chamber as earth pit with writing of inspection test & earth result with black & white paint complete all as specified and directed. note: The rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of the followings. a). Excavation & earth work ( filling in, ramming in layers, watering etc as directed)in any type of soil for earth pit of size 1.2 meter X 1.2 meter X 4 meter deep. (b) 20 mm bore mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade with funnel for watering purpose complete. M & L for 32 x 6 mm copper earth strip continuity conductor or main earthing lead with saddles, insulators and fixing screws etc on wall or recess or buried in ground or drawn in conduit or any other indicated situation for loop earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 x 3mm copper earth strip continuity conductor or main earthing lead with saddles, insulators and fixing screws etc on wall or recess or buried in ground or drawn in conduit or any other indicated situation for loop earthing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed.
