Demolition Brick Work or Stone/ Bolder masonary built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any description, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:Demolished material to be used for filling under floors to bring upto required level.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with Water remove Dust, debries/ rubbish etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling brick(laid flat in floor or laid on side walls of brick drain, channels) etc. bricks laid, bedded and pointed in any cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description in Ground Floors, Pavings, etc. not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:Demolished material to be used for filling under floors to bring upto required level, if neccesary)

Dismantling poles/struts (steel/RCC/wood), any section embedded in natural ground,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling poles/struts (steel/RCC/wood), any section embedded in cement concrete,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or simlar holes) each n exc. 0.50 cum getting out returing filling in and ramming earth as broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n exc. 25 cm watering & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc. 50 m and making good surface.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:4:8, Type D2, (40mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, Filling and Mass Concrete, etc. including Use and Waste of Formwork as required/ordered, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6, Type C2, (40mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, Filling and Mass Concrete, etc. including Use and Waste of Formwork as required/ordered, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 ( Using 20mm graded agg) as in plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on other than faces of Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including mixing of liquid WPC @ 200ml per bag of cement , finished fair and even without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Integral Water Proofing Compound shall be Measured and Paid separately as ‘Supply only’ under relevant Items.

M&L preparing new Plastered Surfaces of Walls and applying Two Coats of Cement Base Paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (WPC), conforming to IS and as approved, complete all as specified.

M&L Extra forming Fair Finished to Drains or Channels 30 Cm Inner Girth in Cement Concrete using Extra Cement including Forms Moulds Mitred/ Stopped Ends, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with old size Sub-Class 'B' Bricks (except Bricks i.e. Serviceable old Bricks obtained from Item No. 10 here-in-before), laid Flat in Floor of Drains, Bedded and Jointed in Cement Mortar 1:6 and Pointed in Cement Mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning to Drain by taking out Brick Bat, Pebbles, Slits, Muds, Clay, Sludge etc from the bottom of Drains and culvert bed and removing to a distance not exc 50.00 Meter and depostied, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B1(20mm graded stone aggregate) in Slab Supported on wall, Cover Slabs for Manholes, Shelves and Similar Articles, etc., Set in Cement Mortar 1:4 including use and waste of Formwork as required/ordered at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.

M&L TMT Bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100mm thick Cement Concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (40mm graded aggregate), as in Sub-base finishing Concrete Surfaces Even and rough, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed Precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade over and including 50 mm thick sand screed bed/cushioning etc. complete all as spd and directed.

M&L DURASTONE Heavy duty tiles of size 300x300x8 to 9 mm thick as footpath set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including Screed Bed or Bedding Layer 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including scurring bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply Only Chain Link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing Only Chain Link Fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, Straining bolts etc, including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Chain link fencing will be paid at Supply Only rates and Cost of Mild Steel Binding Wire shall deem to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

S&F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing new or previously untreated Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over. 10 Cm Width or Girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., conforming to Fe 290-W (Gde E-165) quality A, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening,complete all as specified and as directed.
