BIO-REMEDIATION / BIO-MINING OF LEGACY WASTE AT HOOTHAGERE LAND FILL SITE OF TMC MADDUR AS PER CENTRAL POLLUTION BOARD GUIDELINES and SWM rules 2016

The bidder should have Satisfactorily completed at least one Remediation of Legacy Waste/processing of Municipal solid waste work of value not less than 73.74 lakhs (At least one work in the previous five years) (50% of the estimated cost)

The Bidder should have successfully completed Remediation of Legacy Waste/processing of Municipal solid waste for 16,400 MT quantity in any one year during last five years (80% of the total estimated legacy waste quantity) In support of the above, work done certificate has to be duly certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer

The Bidder In last 05 (2020-2021 to 2024-2025) years must have segregated and responsibly disposed in any single year of at least 1282 MT of Refuse Derived Fuel to Cement Industries or Waste to energy plants (25% of the total RDF quantity) Cement plants - Co-processing certificates issued by the Cement plants with unique reference number for verification. Waste to Energy (WTE) plants - Proof vide valid Consent to Operate document issued by the State Pollution Control Board for processing of RDF

Availability of following vehicles (50% own and 50% rent or lease) for all works provided, the relevant documents (Applicants shall indicate the make, year of manufacture, capacity and working conditions of each of the equipments along with RC issued by R.T.O. / Sale deed/purchase invoice, 50% own vehicles and 50% hire/lease agreements vehicles) shall be furnished.
