Demolishing / Dismantling Existing Botony & Zoolgy (G+1) including digging of Foundation and demolishion of Super Structure including leveling the surface carefully as described in below, taking away all the salvageable materials, clearing and carting away the debris / unusable materials from the work spot including barricading, defastening, cutting, handling, stacking, etc., all as directed including all labour, equipment, tools tackles, scaffolding, Protection work, transport, safety ladders, safety belts, fuel etc. complete. Note:- 1. The tenderer shall indicate the salvage value of useful material (Alumninium/ work like partition, windows, doors, grill, etc) taken out from the building after adjusting the delmolishing cost. The net credit amount payable to the HansRaj College for the demolition of the building shall be calculated by deducting demolition cost of including scaffolding, transportation of serviceable and unserviceable material. Rate is including the cost of Unserviceable material and debris etc. to be disposed off to Contractor's own dump site, out side of Municipal limits of Delhi, cleaning of site after removal of Debries, malwa etc. entire to the satisfaction of EIC. 2. While dismantling vendor should take all safety mearsure by keeping sand bags and MS Jalli above the floor so that the dismantling work effect does not harm our existing under floor of Adjoining Existing buildings of Block A & playground boundary all. 3. Covered Area of building to be demolished to be measured (no Projection will be measure). The contractor should visit the site before quoting this item. The Job include following below mention works in Block-A upto First floor roof. 4. Before actually taking up the demolishion of Building the contractor shall ensure disconnection of Electrical power supply to building, disconnection of water supply and sanitary connection to the building at their own cost & make temporary arregement so that college working should not be distrub.

EXPANSION JOINT

Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with floor location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints system will be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning / self centering arrangement and support plates etc. as per ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides floor to floor /floor to wall expansion control system for various vertical localtion in load application areas that accommodates multi directional seismic movement without stress to it's components. System shall consist of metal profiles with a universal aluminum base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and finish floor treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy projects movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineered self-centering arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions. The Self – centering arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the corresponding aluminum extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directions including vertical is placement. Provision of Moisture Barrier Membrane in the Joint System to have watertight joint is mandatory requirement all as per the manufactures design and as approved by Engineer -in- Charge . (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063.)

a) Floor Joint of 200 mm gap

Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with wall joint (internal/external) location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In- Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning / centering arrangement and support plates as per ASTM B221- 02. The material shall be such that it provides an Expansion Joints System suitable for vertical wall to wall/ wall to corner application, both new and existing construction in office Buildings & complexes with noslipping down tendency amongst the components of the Joint System. The Joint System shall utilize light weight aluminum profiles exhibiting minimal exposed aluminum surfaces mechanically snap locking the multicellular to facilitate movement. (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063.)

Providing and fixing of expansion joint system of approved make and manufactures for various roof locations as per approved drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminum base members with, self aligning and self centering arragement support plates asper ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides watertight roof to roof/roof to corner joint cover expansion control system that is capable of accommodating multidirectional seismic movement without stress to its components. System shall consist of metal profile that incorporates a universal aluminum base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and roof treatments.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm. of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls up to 300mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3mm deep.

ALUMINIUM WORKS

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. REPAIR & RETROFITTING WORKS

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, up to 25 meter height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup and lock system with M.S tubes, M.S tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding , working platform , walkway wherever required , lighting arrangement etc. and maintaining it in serviceable condition for execution of work of civil repair/structural repair & rehabilitation /cleaning and /or pointing and/or applying chemical and removing it thereafter . The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracing, runners, connecting with the building etc. wherever required, if feasible, for inspection or work at required locations with essential safety features for the workman etc., complete as per directions and approval of engineer-in-charge.

Note:- 1. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. 2. The payment will be made once only for execution of all item for such works . 3. Chipping of old/ loose/ damaged/ cracked concrete/ previously repaired material/exposed rusted reinforcement for all depth (assuming 50mm thick) of loosed concrete including from behind the reinforcement 5 mm as directed by E-I-C by means of chisel and hammer/ machine, hard wire brushes or any other mechanical means cutting to regular geometrical shapes after saw cutting the edge including preparation of surface as per technical specifications. The rate shall include all material, labour, plant, and machinery, tools, and tackles, safety measures, washing the entire surface by means of air-water jet with clean potable water and oil free air after removing dust and loosed particles, disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, including loading, unloading, transportation, etc for all leads and lifts etc, all complete without damaging the existing reinforcement.

Injection grouting : Providing and applying injection grouting through the nozzles provided into the cracks/ honeycombed areas by suitable grouting pump under pressure till the refusal including all labour, supervision, tools and tackles and transportation etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in- charge.Nozzles rate are to be including in this rate.

Centring and Shuttering work for Micro concreting including all height: Providing and fixing rigid & water tight shuttering for application of micro- concrete including its removal after completion of repair work. The mould must be suitable, robust and firmly fixed to withstand the applied pressure without leakage of grout. the specifications, materials, fixing methods shall be as per relevant IS codes/CPWD specifications & as per directions of E-I-C including scaffolding.

Micro Concreting:Fresh non-shrink, freely flowing, cementitious polymer based micro concrete (wet Density of 2250 kg/ m3) shall be used to repair the cut area after thoroughly cleaning the surface of the steel. that exhibits a strength of 30 MPa in 3 days and 60 MPa in 28 days both measured at 30 C. Cast-in-situ or any other suitable technique may be used to apply the concrete. For columns concrete must be placed from the side of the structure through chimney and small chutes fitted above the top of the opening to be filled as per manufacturers specification & direction of Engineer –in-charge complete as per design and approved by Engineer -in-charge at all floor and all heights excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.Product: Emaco, Sikarep-microcrete 2 / 4 of Sika, Renderroc RG of FOSROC . Rebarring Connection System The work includes following: (i) Making hole for rebar in concrete / masonry surface of required dia and depth as required at site by using HILTI or any other equivalent make drilling tools. (ii) The holes should be blown out using compressed, oil free air. Extension tubes and air nozzles directing the air to the hole walls should be used, if holes are deeper than 250mm with special designed BOSCH or any other equivalent Blower. VARIABLE REFRIGERANT VOLUME SYSTEM

OUTDOOR UNITS- COOLING ONLY

Supply of modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling only, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s), minimum two compressors for above 14 HP modules, microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R 410 A Refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5

a) The ODU shall have low noise condenser fans with extrenal static pressure of the outdoor unit shall be more then 75 Pa to avoid hot air recirculation, auto address setting, auto check function for connection error and complete with indoor and outdoor units with individual controller and with fittings etc. The compressor and VRV/VRF Outdoor make should be same. For enhanced energy savings the COP of each refrigerant circuit system mentioned below shall be 7.50 minimum at 50% load, at AHRI Condition in cooling mode. The unit shall also have feature to automatically modulate the evaporative temperature between 6 deg C to 11 deg C with respect to load for better comfort and energy efficiency. (Unit shall deliver atleast 87% of mentioned nominal capacity @ 43 Deg C). The Unit should have free phase technology so that unit can work in case of phase reversal also without tripping of units.

Wall panelling (with Laminate)

a) Providing, making and fixing in position 2nd class teak wood treated with termite resistance chemicals and smooth finish framed partitions as per details comprising of 2nd class teak wood members’ size 2” × 2” placed vertically and horizontally at a distance not more than 1½’ c/c. in both directions with 12 mm HDHRM board on one side. Members shall reach the ceiling and shall be fixed there to ensure stability of the partition. Partitions shall be finish in laminate 1.0 mm thick on one side of approved colour, finish make and in approved pattern. Provide teak wood moulding of shape and size as shown in the drawing. Panelling frame work shall have adequate provisions for the movement of electric/ data cables at desired levels. The complete panelling work shall be carried out as per approved pattern/ drawing/ design and as directed by the Engineering-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 1.5mm thick chemical proof laminate over any surface. Laminate to be fixed both on curved and straight surfaces. Laminate shall be of approved shade and pattern including making grooves etc. or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. For fixing laminate approved adhesive (Fevicol) shall be used. Adhesive shall be applied both on the laminate and on board/ply after proper cleaning/dusting of the surface. Note: For the purpose of payment front area shall be measured.

High Wall Storage:

CPU Trolley:

a) Providing and placing metallic CPU trolley of size 220 x 250 x 250mm having adjustable width and lockable castors made of 1.2 mm thick steel sheet powder coated with minimum powder coating of 45 microns in approved colour complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing Over Head wall Stock Rack Storage cabinets with glazed panel shutter in position as per design/ drawing . The cabinets shall be 400mm deep and out of 18 mm HDHMR board. The back shall be made out of 18 mm HDHRM board respectively. Shelves to be provided as per requirements inside as per design/approval. The shutter shall be made up of 18 mm HDMR Board with 5 -6 mm glass panel in center of shutter/door as per drawing attached. All the external and internal surfaces including the edges shall be finished with 1.5 mm thick chemical proof laminate ofaroved shad & make. All the necessary fittings like SS hinges, magnetic ball catcher, locking arrangement, s.s. handles tower bolts etc. are to be provided and are to be provided as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge / Architect. (Front area is measured for payment)

Providing & fixing high wall side Shelf Peagment storage cabinets (for stacking the chemicals) in position as per drawing enclosed. The cabinets shall be 120 mm deep and out of 18 mm HDHRM board. The back shall be of 18 mm HDHMR . The Shelves & vertical partition to be provided of 18mm thick HDHMR as per requirements as per design/ as per drawing. The wooden strip of size 50x15 mm is to be provided in each row to hold the chemicals from falling out. All the external and internal surfaces including the edges shall be finished with 1 mm thick laminate. All the necessary fittings are to be provided as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge / Architect. (Front area is measured for payment)

Providing & fixing high wall storage cabinets for Chemical Storage with glass doors in position as per drawing enclosed. The cabinets shall be 350 mm” deep and out of 19 mm HDHRM board. The back shall be made out of 18 mm HDHRM board respectively. 18 mm thk HDHMR board Shelves to be provided as per requirements inside as per design. The shutter shall be made up of 18 mm HDMR Board with 5 -6 mm glass in center of door as per drawing attached.All the external and internal surfaces including the edges shall be finished with 1.5 mm thick chemical proof laminate. All the necessary fittings like SS hinges, magnetic ball catcher, locking arrangement, ss handles ( 4"), tower bolts etc. are to be provided as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge / Architect.

Providing and fixing dustbins in existing shutters already installed at site. Dust bin shall be made up of 18 mm thich HDHMR Board of size 350 mm x 400 mm x 200 deep finished with 1 mm thick laminate complete as per the direction of Engineer In Charge/Architect.HDHRM Board Make: Action Tesa, Fliar.

SITC in position wooden Fume Hood of Working area size 900m x 600mm x 600mm. Madeup of approved make Ply-Board frame with melamine lamination from outside and epoxy painted from inside. Granite Working Platform.High Speed Centrifugal Blowers of approved make. having Suction : 800-1000 CFM. Front Sash with counter weights. Fluorescent illumination lights. having Water tap and PP sink. Provision for gas and air Connection Storage cup-board. with 2 Nos. 15/5 Amp. Miscellaneous work

Pin-Up Boards:

a) Providing & fixing pin-up boards/ notice Boards in the cabins made out of 1 ½” × 1 ½” Teak wood ( 1 st class) members with soft board & approved colour tapestry finished in melamine polish of approved shade complete as per the design.

Blinds

a) Supplying and fixing manual roller blind of make Vista / Mac or equivalent aproved fabric with all necessary fittings complete in the direction of engineer-in-charge. ( Basic rate 4200/-sqm)

Granite work

a) Providing and fixing 18mm thick Granite stone of any color saw cut, mirror polished, pre moulded and pre polished, machine cut of required size, approved shade, color and texture laid over Existing Wooden Table of Labs of science block with suitable addesive for fixing of granite and wood work including rubbing, full round edge moulding and polishing of edge to give high gloss finish etc complete at all level or any size as per direction of engineer.
