Demolishing / Dismantling Existing Botony & Zoolgy (G+1) including digging of Foundation and demolishion of Super Structure including leveling the surface carefully as described in below, taking away all the salvageable materials, clearing and carting away the debris / unusable materials from the work spot including barricading, defastening, cutting, handling, stacking, etc., all as directed including all labour, equipment, tools tackles, scaffolding, Protection work, transport, safety ladders, safety belts, fuel etc. complete. Note:- 1. Excavation in all types of soil of all depth, including murrum, for foundations of wall, columns, plinth beams, basement, raft, ducts, trenches, underground sumps, septic tanks, soak well, manhole chambers, gully chambers, including shoring, strutting, bailing out water/pumping off water if required, re-filling the trenches, foundation pits, ramming, watering consolidating in 150mm to 200mm layers, removing and stacking simultaneously the excavated stuff any where within the site area and/or spreading soils in layers for site development filling in plinth in the same building or in college campus and consolidating etc. complete as directed.

DESIGN MIX CONCRETE
Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine design mixed M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330kg/cum."Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately) Make Cement:-- Ultratech, JK, BIRLA, ACC. Note:-The RMC plant got to be approved by Architect of college . Note:- Cube test report has to be submitted to Hans Raj College. Note:- No extra payment will be made for cube test.

EXPANSION JOINT
Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with floor location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints system will be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning / self centering arrangement and support plates etc. as per ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides floor to floor /floor to wall expansion control system for various vertical localtion in load application areas that accommodates multi directional seismic movement without stress to it's components. System shall consist of metal profiles with a universal aluminum base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and finish floor treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy projects movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineered self-centering arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions. The Self – centering arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the corresponding aluminum extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directions including vertical is placement. Provision of Moisture Barrier Membrane in the Joint System to have watertight joint is mandatory requirement all as per the manufactures design and as approved by Engineer -in- Charge . (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063.)
a) Floor Joint of 200 mm gap
Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with wall joint (internal/external) location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In- Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning / centering arrangement and support plates as per ASTM B221- 02. The material shall be such that it provides an Expansion Joints System suitable for vertical wall to wall/ wall to corner application, both new and existing construction in office Buildings & complexes with noslipping down tendency amongst the components of the Joint System. The Joint System shall utilize light weight aluminum profiles exhibiting minimal exposed aluminum surfaces mechanically snap locking the multicellular to facilitate movement. (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063.)
a) Wall Joint of 200 mm gap
Providing and fixing of expansion joint system of approved make and manufactures for various roof locations as per approved drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminum base members with, self aligning and self centering arragement support plates asper ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides watertight roof to roof/roof to corner joint cover expansion control system that is capable of accommodating multidirectional seismic movement without stress to its components. System shall consist of metal profile that incorporates a universal aluminum base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and roof treatments.
a) The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineered self-centering arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours.b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. REPAIR & RETROFITTING WORKS
Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, up to 25 meter height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup and lock system with M.S tubes, M.S tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding , working platform , walkway wherever required , lighting arrangement etc. and maintaining it in serviceable condition for execution of work of civil repair/structural repair & rehabilitation /cleaning and /or pointing and/or applying chemical and removing it thereafter . The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracing, runners, connecting with the building etc. wherever required, if feasible, for inspection or work at required locations with essential safety features for the workman etc., complete as per directions and approval of engineer-in-charge.
Note:- 1. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. 2. The payment will be made once only for execution of all item for such works . 3. No deduction shall be made from the DSR / NDSR B.O.Q. items of the contract for the component of scaffolding included in the individual item.
Chipping of old/ loose/ damaged/ cracked concrete/ previously repaired material/exposed rusted reinforcement for all depth (assuming 50mm thick) of loosed concrete including from behind the reinforcement 5 mm as directed by E-I-C by means of chisel and hammer/ machine, hard wire brushes or any other mechanical means cutting to regular geometrical shapes after saw cutting the edge including preparation of surface as per technical specifications. Centring and Shuttering work for Micro concreting including all height: Providing and fixing rigid & water tight shuttering for application of micro- concrete including its removal after completion of repair work. The mould must be suitable, robust and firmly fixed to withstand the applied pressure without leakage of grout. the specifications, materials, fixing methods shall be as per relevant IS codes/CPWD specifications & as per directions of E-I-C including scaffolding.
Micro Concreting:Fresh non-shrink, freely flowing, cementitious polymer based micro concrete (wet Density of 2250 kg/ m3) shall be used to repair the cut area after thoroughly cleaning the surface of the steel. that exhibits a strength of 30 MPa in 3 days and 60 MPa in 28 days both measured at 30 C. Cast-in-situ or any other suitable technique may be used to apply the concrete. For columns concrete must be placed from the side of the structure through chimney and small chutes fitted above the top of the opening to be filled as per manufacturers specification & direction of Engineer –in-charge complete as per design and approved by Engineer -in-charge at all floor and all heights excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.Product: Emaco, Sikarep-microcrete 2 / 4 of Sika, Renderroc RG of FOSROC . Rebarring Connection System The work includes following: (i) Making hole for rebar in concrete / masonry surface of required dia and depth as required at site by using HILTI or any other equivalent make drilling tools. (ii) The holes should be blown out using compressed, oil free air. Extension tubes and air nozzles directing the air to the hole walls should be used, if holes are deeper than 250mm with special designed BOSCH or any other equivalent Blower. Deeper holes than 250mm should as well be brushed by machine brushing using steel brushes and brush extensions (iii) Insert chemical compound HY150 / Hilti RE- 500 or equivalent with special designed guns. OUTDOOR UNITS- COOLING ONLY
Supply of modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling only, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s), minimum two compressors for above 14 HP modules, microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R 410 A Refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5
a) The ODU shall have low noise condenser fans with extrenal static pressure of the outdoor unit shall be more then 75 Pa to avoid hot air recirculation, auto address setting, auto check function for connection error and complete with indoor and outdoor units with individual controller and with fittings etc. The compressor and VRV/VRF Outdoor make should be same. For enhanced energy savings the COP of each refrigerant circuit system mentioned below shall be 7.50 minimum at 50% load, at AHRI Condition in cooling mode. Low Height Partition
a) Providing, making and fixing in position high quality 2nd class teak wood treated with termite resistance chemicals and smooth finish framed partitions as per drawing enclosed, as per details comprising of 2nd clas teak wood members of size 2” × 2” placed vertically and horizontally at a distance not more than 1½’ c/c. in both directions with 12 mm commerical ply on both the sides. Partitions shall be finish in laminate (1mm thick) from both the sides of approved colour, finish make and in patterns as shown in the drawing. Partition frame work shall have adequate provisions for the movement of electric/ data cables at desired levels. The complete partitioning work shall be carried out as per approved pattern/ drawing/ design and as directed by the Engineering-in-Charge. (Complete elevation area from one side of the partition to be paid)
Full Ht. Partitions

Provide teak wood moulding of shape and size as shown in the drawing and finish in melamine polish. Partition frame work shall have adequate provisions for the movement of electric/ data cables at desired levels. The complete partitioning work shall be carried out as per approved pattern/ drawing/ design and as directed by the Engineering-in-Charge. (Complete elevation area from one side of the partition to be paid with deductions for glass area)
Edge Moulding
a) Providing, making and fixing in position 1 st class teak wood moulding of shape and size (75x30 mm) as shown in the drawing and finish in melamine polish. The complete work shall be carried out as per approved pattern/ drawing/ design and as directed by the Engineering-in-Charge.
Wall panelling (with Laminate)
a) Providing, making and fixing in position 2nd class teak wood treated with termite resistance chemicals and smooth finish framed partitions as per details comprising of 2nd class teak wood members’ size 2” × 2” placed vertically and horizontally at a distance not more than 1½’ c/c. in both directions with 12 mm HDHRM board on one side. Members shall reach the ceiling and shall be fixed there to ensure stability of the partition. Partitions shall be finish in laminate 1.0 mm thick on one side of approved colour, finish make and in approved pattern. Provide teak wood moulding of shape and size as shown in the drawing. Panelling frame work shall have adequate provisions for the movement of electric/ data cables at desired levels. The complete panelling work shall be carried out as per approved pattern/ drawing/ design and as directed by the Engineering-in-Charge. (Complete elevation area from one side of the partition to be paid)
Providing and fixing 1.5mm thick chemical proof laminate over any surface. Laminate to be fixed both on curved and straight surfaces. Laminate shall be of approved shade and pattern including making grooves etc. or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. For fixing laminate approved adhesive (Fevicol) shall be used. Adhesive shall be applied both on the laminate and on board/ply after proper cleaning/dusting of the surface. Note: For the purpose of payment front area shall be measured.
High Wall Storage:
a) Providing & fixing high wall storage cabinets in position as per drawing enclosed. The cabinets shall be 22” deep and out of 19 mm HDHRM board. The back and the shutters shall be made out of 18 mm HDHRM board respectively. 18 mm thk HDHMR board Shelves to be provided as per requirements inside as per design. All the external and internal surfaces including the edges shall be finished with 1 mm thick laminate. All the necessary fittings like SS hinges, magnetic ball catcher, locking arrangement, s.s. handles ( 4"), tower bolts etc. are to be provided and are to be provided as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge / Architect.
Storage Shelves / Partitions
a) Providing making and fixing of shelves / partitions. All the shelves / partitions to made out of 19 mm HDHRM board with external surface including the edges laminated with of approved shade of 1 mm thick laminate as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge / Architect.
Table
a) Providing making and fixing table of following sizes in 18 mm thick HDHMR Board as per drawing enclosed. Provide drawers and storage cupboards as per design under the table; provide a centrally placed keyboard drawer wherever required below the main tabletop. All the drawers to have bottom of 6 mm and sides of 12 mm HDHRM board. Make necessary cutouts for electrical and data cables wherever required. Provide groove patties, mouldings etc. as per drawings. The teak wood mouldings and lippings on edges to be finished in melamine polish as per instructions. The tabletop, sides and the front portions, inner sides of the table and drawers is to be finished with 1.5 mm thick laminate of approved shade and quality. All the drawers to have bottom of 6 mm and sides of 12 mm HDHMR board and are to be provided with channels and locks as specified. Provide the necessary hardware like hinges, magnetic ball catcher handles.

Providing & fixing high wall side Shelf Peagment storage cabinets (for stacking the chemicals) in position as per drawing enclosed. The cabinets shall be 120 mm deep and out of 18 mm HDHRM board. The back shall be of 18 mm HDHMR . The Shelves & vertical partition to be provided of 18mm thick HDHMR as per requirements as per design/ as per drawing. The wooden strip of size 50x15 mm is to be provided in each row to hold the chemicals from falling out. All the external and internal surfaces including the edges shall be finished with 1 mm thick laminate. a) Supplying and fixing manual roller blind of make Vista / Mac or equivalent aproved fabric with all necessary fittings complete in the direction of engineer-in-charge. ( Basic rate 4200/-sqm)
Granite work
a) Providing and fixing 18mm thick Granite stone of any color saw cut, mirror polished, pre moulded and pre polished, machine cut of required size, approved shade, color and texture laid over Existing Wooden Table of Labs of science block with suitable addesive for fixing of granite and wood work including rubbing, full round edge moulding and polishing of edge to give high gloss finish etc complete at all level or any size as per direction of engineer.
