M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6.00m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar (1:4) for half brick wall, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble masonry built in cement mortar 1:6, uncoursed, well bonded and solidly hearted, all complete as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) , mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions, surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. ( Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) using coarse sand on brick or concrete surface finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for PCC 1: 3 : 6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in surface channels and drains including necessary use & waste of formwork and demolition of existing old cement concrete of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel upto 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floor including demolition of existing old concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of dust and loose particlesan existing concrete surfaces and repairing the same with 25 to 30 mm thick layer of Microcrete-4 of Sika or equivalent of Dr fixit or Fosroc, mixed with 10mm crushed stone aggregate in proportion of 2:1 (Sika Microcrete-4 : Coarse agg) by weight complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Work to be carried out by authorized applicator of manufacturer.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2(using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in PCC in Hard standing etc. with , spike rolling ,or making impression of expanded metal, while the concrete is green, including demolition of existing old concrete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming constrction joint 30 mm deep x10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade -'A' , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in PCC paving, road side berms, plinth protection or similar places and finishing the surface even & smooth with out using extra cement including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meter and every change of direction and filling the same with mixture of bitumen & sand in ratio (1:1) by weight including necessary form work etc and including demolition & removal of existing old cement concrete from site, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors and finishing the concrete even and smooth using extra cement including demolition of existing old cement concrete floors etc complete all as directed.

Supply only glass or PVC dividing strips 3mm thick and 38mm wide inserted in position and confirm to design complete all as directed.

M & L for heavy duty out door Vitrified tiles of any shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) size 300x300mm, laid in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete and dismantling of existing floor tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed. Make : Somani, Kajaria, Johnson.

M & L for vitrified eramic tiles of any shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, laid in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete and dismantling of existing floor tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M & L for granite stone ( Lakha red) (table rubbed & polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12-15mm thick with and including 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone including dismantling of existing stone slabs & cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed. Note : Any additional fittings such as clamps, screws required to hold the granite on vertical position deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for polished heavy duty chequered cement concrete red color tiles 30 cm X 30 cm X 25 mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement & pigment to match the surface of tiles over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete including dismantling of existing tiles with screed bed of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed. M & L for at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required and dismantling of existing damaged kerb stone complete all as directed. Dismantling of existing depressed/sunk interlocking paver block of any thickness and shape, supply & spreading a layer of sand of required thickness and refixing the block in matching level of near by surface complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for rubberised polished precast red/yellow colour precast cement concrete Interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade complete with and including 25mm thick sand cushioning layer including dismantling of existing damaged flooring etc complete, all as specified and directed. M & L for rubberised polished precast red/yellow color precast concrete Interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade complete with & including 25mm thick sand cushioning layer including dismantling of existing damaged flooring etc complete, all as specified and directed. M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick laid over 20mm thick cement sand screed cement mortar 1:6 as base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab and rubbing and polishing including dismantling of existing tiling and cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick laid over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as base on vertical surface as in skirting/ dados, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab and rubbing and polishing including dismantling of existing tiling and cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, for fixing hold fasts etc, using necessary form work complete all as specified

M & L for RCC 1:2:4 Type B-1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab, culverts etc set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 incl demolition of existing old RCC slabs of any description complete all as directed. (Note: Reinforcement TMT bars and form work of mild steel sheet shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BOQ).

S & F Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, bent to shape required including cranking bending and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as directed.

S & F Mild steel plain black sheet 1.60 mm thick, cut to shape , bending or turningup, mitred angles etc, for frame of manehole cover welded with reinforced bars of cover slab all as specified and directed.

S & F 1.25mm thick Mild steel, plain black sheet in water troughs ducts; valley gutter, ridges and funnels etc. upto 15 mtr height, cut to required size edges beaded if directed, holes punched including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required in roof gutters of PT sheds including taking down existing gutter complete all as specified & directed. S&F 160mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall with PVC clamp in training shed/ PT Sheds including taking down old unserviceable pipe of any description complete all as specified & directed..

S&F in repairs 160mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radius.

S & F Mild steel works as in bands, straps, supports of rain water pipe, valley gutter including bolts, hold fast, wind ties, angle cleats , hooks and similar small articles etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as directed.

Use and waste form work to sides and soffits of lintel, slabs of culverts, shelves and similalar works, rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, all complete as directed.

Welding in repairs in n.exc 2.5cm in length thickness of metal to be welded exc 6mm not exc 9mm in different location of trg obstacles, PT sheds at any height complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of scaffolding for welding at ht upto 15 mtr and electric connection with cable from nearest point deemed to be included in the rate.

Cutting and grinding of existing terrazzo/Kota stone floor surfaces (2 cut) on horizontal & vertical surface and finally finishing the surfaces uniformally by applying floor polish complete all as directed.

Cleaning of drains by excavating not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm thickness including removing mud / soil/ debris, grasses & plant roots etc from drain surface to a distance exc. 500mtr from the site , all complete as directed. (Note :- Area of drain bed shall be measured for payment.)

Removing /uprooting, shrubs, trees, vegetation growth & weeds from the RCC Chajja, roof slabs and around PVC tanks, on walls etc at any location, throughly saturating the affected area with herbicides, making good the damaged / broken portion with cement mortar in cm 1:4 or in PCC 1:2:4 , Type B0, (using 10mm graded crused stone aggregate), finishing the surface fair and even and making good , cleaning including two or desired coats of Apex paint on wall surfaces to matching existing, or a coat of bituminious primer and hot bitumen in patch areas, not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each patch, includind removal of waste/ debris from the site, complete all as directed. Note :- Rate of scaffolding and other support material deemed to be included in the rate as work shall be carried out upto 15 mtr height.

Material and labour for blackening of surfaces of roads by preparation of black top surfaces, using wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly one coat of black water base road marking paint uniformly by spraying with mechenical means @ 1.80 lit per 10 Sqm , all complete as specified and directed.

Preparation of old cement concrete interlocking paver block/chequered tile floor and similar flat concrete area on path, pedestal, hardstanding by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping , removing grass roots in joints of paver block and cleaning all loose dirt & dust from the surface by fanning with air compressor and applying one coat of glossy water thinable, abrasion resistant, anti fungal Indigo floor coat emulsion (Premium series) or equivalent in Asian paints or berger paint as per original colour and pattern of tile, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic paint of minimum 2.5 mm thick single coat layer as in lines, dashes, arrows etc for road marking with using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application), White/Yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers, Thermoplastic required for glass beads shall be as per table No 8004 of MOST specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacturer instruction complete including taking out old layer of paint all as spd and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with approved shade on trusses, purlins, rafters at a height upto 15 mtrs in training shed, PT shed & any type of PT obstacles etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate of scaffolding and other support material deemed to be included in the rate.

Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with approved shade complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of old plastered/un-plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including cornices, pillar etc and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of Apex paint ( Weather coat exterior paint) over one coat of exterior primer write mechanical means/roller complete all as specified and directed. (work to be carried upto a height of 7.5m) .

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of snowcem (cement base paint) write mechanical means/roller complete all as directed.

Preparation of old treated plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of weather exterior emulsion paint (Apex paint of Asian Paint / Weather proof of berger) on walls write mechanical means/roller complete all as directed.
