Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) for CONSTRUCTION OF SAILORS MARRIED ACCOMMODATION (486 DUs) with (B2+B1+S+41 floors) configuration ( Buildings and structures including abutment walls and retaining walls of main building, Demolition of existing buildings & strutures, electrical poles, Site Clearanace, area development and topographic survey, Soil investigation, Internal water supply, fittings and fixtures, Internal electrification, fittings and fixtures, Lifts, Lightening protection, Aviation obstruction light, Standby power supply (DG set), Telephone and TV wiring, Fire fighting and fire alarm system and PA system, Hot water supply including solar water heater, Solar power panels, Retaining walls, Road, path, hard standing and culvert, External water supply, External electric supply, Sewage disposal, Area drainage) GRIHA 3 star rating, walk through, 3D model etc. all as stipulated in scope of work and other documents of the tender, complete, all as specified and as directed.
MANNING & OPERATION OF LIFTS
Manning & Operation of fully automatic electrically operated passenger lift of provided make, type and 13 passengers lifts and 16 passengers lift - 10 Nos , covering total (B2+B1+S+41 floors), speed 2.5m/sec, SS lift installed in the subject project as per tender by placing 02 x lift operators in 1st & 2nd shifts and 01 operator in night shift for both the towers on all days including Sundays and holidays (1st Shift-0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 2nd Shift-1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and night shift-2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) including taking care of all lifts from any pilferage or damage etc. ,Period of manning & operation shall be 60 months from the date of completion of the project. (Total 10 Nos lifts) and 1 x lift operator at night including Sundays & holidays during the defects liability period of the project and after for 03 years after the defects liability period of the project, complete all as mentioned below and all as specified and directed:-

MANNING & OPERATION OF WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATIONS FIRE FIGHTING INSTALLATIONS & DG SET
Manning & Operation of water supply installation consisting of Fire fighting installations, electrically operated pump sets (for fresh water and for treated grey water) of different capacities including DG set installed in the subject project as per tender by placing one FGM and one valve man in each shift and maintenance of log book, taking care of pumps / valves / overflow of tanks, other minor repairs and leakages daily in three shifts from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs including cleaning, daily maintenance, testing onsite water parameters using pH tester, chloroscope, TDS meter etc.Period of manning & operation shall be 60 months from the date of completion of the project. (TOTAL number of FGM required per day are 03 nos.) on all days including Sundays and Gazetted holidays during the defects liability period of the project and for 03 years after the defects liability period of the project, complete all as mentioned below and all as specified and directed:-

Comprehensive maintenance as per OEM manual and repairs of fully automatic electrically operated passenger lift of provided make and 13/16 Passengers, covering total (B2,B1,S+41)floors, speed 2.5m/sec, SS lift installed in the subject project as per tender for lifts (Total 10 Passengers Lifts), comprising of all devices and accessories through out 36 months on all days including holidays for period of 03 years after expiry of defects liability period, complete all as mentioned below and all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive annual maintenance including all repairs / replacement and preventive maintenance / servicing of Complete water supply installations, fire fighting and fire alarm installation and DG Set all as provided & installed under subject work throughout for a period of 03 (Three) years) including Sundays and holidays after expiry of defects liability period, complete all as mentioned below and all as specified and directed.

Annual Comprehensive maintenance including all repairs / replacement and preventive maintenance / servicing of Complete electric works consisting of point wiring, light fittings, ceiling fans, exhaust fans, switches, sockets, modular box and cover plate, MCBs (SP/SPN), DBs, submain wiring and telephone & TV wiring, LT cables, junctions, LT panels, earthing, aviation light, lightning protection, MCCBs, rising bus trunking, tap off boxes etc all as required throughout for a period of 03 (Three) years including Sundays and holidays after expiry of defects liability period, complete all as mentioned below and all as specified and directed.
