RFQ ITEM NO.00010 Vibration analysis of LAB AFC structure
SOR ITEM ' 00010: Providing comprehensive engineering consultancy services for investigation of structural vibration of the Air Fin Cooler supporting structure of LAB Unit at Gujarat Refinery, IOCL Vadodara so the vibration in AFC can be reduced to the permissible limit. Services shall include following activities. a) Dynamic analysis of the Air Fin Cooler supporting structure for evaluating the vibration characteristics of the structural system b) Instrumentation and vibration measurements of the Air Fin Cooler supporting structures under different stages of operating conditions. c) Analysis of the measured vibration data in correlation with numerical studies for identifying the source of structural resonant problem and formulation of remedial measures for mitigation of vibration of the structural system d) Providing technical report on the vibration measurement, test details and numerical investigation carried out along with the remedial measures for mitigate of vibration of the Air Fin Cooler supporting structure as per IOCL requirement. Consultancy services shall also be as per special condition of the contract & standard IS code regulations etc complete work as per instruction of EIC. (Unit of measurement shall be TON of AFC supporting steel structure work studied and analysed upto and including RCC Floor top base plate as per scope of work, special conditions of contract and direction of EIC. Rates per Metric TON include provision of signed and stamped modification drawings two set in hardcopy and softcopy in Autocad format in required respective sheet sizes.)
SOR ITEM '00020: Site visit charges during execution stage.Unit "EA" means site visit charges per site visit including travel expenses and DA of the consultant all complete.
