Operation of substation

Operation of 400/220/132 kV GIS Substation,Rasra under ETD-Ballia round the clock in 3 shifts of 8 hrs each by a team comprising of the following Technical personnels by due operation of S/S equipments including GIS,Emulsifier system,D.G. Set etc as per standard practices of UPPTCL & on instructions of AE(M)/JE(M) and SLDC/ALDS along with recording of operational activities,system information/date,massage etc for period of 1 year.All record registers and log books required will be provided by department as per norms of UPPTCL(1 job each month) 1.TG-2/SSO-02 Nos in each shift total 08 Nos. 2.Helper/Beldar-01 Nos. in each shift Total 04 Nos.

Maintenance of substation

Preventive routine & general/normal breakdown maintenance of transformer/switchyard equipments C&R panels ,RTCC panels,PLCC cabinets,ACDBs,Battery Chargers,DCDBs,Battery sets,D G sets,A C systems,lightening systems(switchyard,control rooms & BCU),Control room building,mulsifier system at 400/220/132 kV S/S,Rasra,Ballia round the clock and/or as when required by a team comprising of the following technical personnels for the period of one year with the cost of men,Misc consumables,T&P etc required for the job exceptthe spares/items/materials/equipments which shall be provided by department as per requirement(1 job for each month) 1.TG2(Electrician)-01 Nos 2.Lineman/technician-02 Nos 3.Helper-02 Nos

Daily general cleaning and maintenance/up keep of control room,associated office,battery room,BCU room etc. by brooming and mopping alongwith cleaning of associated toilets including brooming of CC roads/floor & trench cover and scraping of unwanted growths between joint of CC roads etc at substation by deploying 1No. of sweeper for ther period of 01 year with all cost of men,Misc consumables,toiletries and t&P etc. required fpr completion of job(1 job for 1 month)

Regular maintenance of lawn/garden(15000 sq mtr) and flower vases of substations including proper cutting of grass,hedges,ornamental plants/trees,seasonal flowers etc by deputing well experienced gardner including weedig out of all undesired growths,watering,trimming,forking,making loose soil around around the plant,lawn also including replacement of dried plants and grass with fresh plant of same variety including cow dung,manure and its spreading as when required for period of one year with all cost of men & material,manure,T & P ,required for completion of job.(1 job for 1 year)

Regular cleaning,maintenance & testing of HVW spray system,hydrant system and U/G & O/G piping and accessories etc. outside the pump house for 2 X 500 MVA,2 X 160 MVA autotransformers and 125 MVAR Bus reactor.Fire protection and microprocessor based fire detection alarm system comprosing of smoke & heat type detectors for GIS room cum control room buildings,control & relay panles rooms,DG set room etc. as per technical specification.(1 job for 1 year)
