Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.

Hire Charges for Centering and Scaffolding charges for VCC vertical walls of plane surface ( rate for both sides of centering including open drains) Note: The centering charges is for both the faces of respective numbers. The mesurement of centering charges shall be in" Sqm" for one face only and the centering charges given are for two faces of centering

Supply and placing of M 25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using concrete mixer using of 20 mm HBG crushed metal 0.530 cu.m (707 kg),. 10 mm HBG crushed metal, 0.362 cu.m (471 kg) , sand 0.407 cu.m (616 kg.) and cement 380 kg with water cement ratio of 0.48 ( 182.40 ltrs/ cu.m of CC) etc., to site and including sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with cement from standard suppliers approved by the department but excluding cost of centering, shuttering charges and excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402).

Note : The design mix shall be got designed by furnishing the information required as per clause 19.1.1 &19.1.2 of IS 456-2000 by the contractor at his own cost and get approved from the competent authority before execution. The cement considered for above M25 grade concrete is 380 kg/cu.m and the rate is arrived accordingly in the estimate. After the mix is designed and approved, if there is any variation in the quantity of cement, over the cement content adopted in the estimate, the same will be considered and paid/recovered at estimate rate + T.P ( Either increase or decrease in quantity adopted in the estimate). Payment will not be made for variation in the quantity of other materials such as coarse & Fine aggregates.

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars of Fe 500 grade (as per IS 1786 - 2008) of different diametres for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) (In the absence of 18G binding wire,2 nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered). Note: Unless otherwise fabrication and placement of steel, no pre-pament shall be made against the supply of steel reinforcement

Construction of brick masonry in CM (1:6) using well burnt bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm) including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specification. - Do- upto basement.

Plastering in cement mortar using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete for the following proportions

Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint Gr-I over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of stainless steel SS-304 grade tubes, sections, plates , sheets and pipes of all sizes and diameters etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fabrication of stainless steel railing works using SS welding rods including buffing , polishing , lacquer finishing , to present seamless finishing etc., complete as directed during execution

Painting two coats with Acrylic Emulsion paint exterrior GradeI over a cement primer Interior Grade-I (Total three coats) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SSr SS 911

Supply of the following labour required for attending miscellaneous repairs as directed during execution

Semi skilled work men ( 2nd class) ( Masons/Carpenters/welders)

Unskilled work men ( Man / women mazdoors)

Hire charges for Tractor, including crew, oils, conveyance of machinery to site and all other incidental charges, etc. complete, as directed during execution.

Flooring with cement concrete floor tiles of 25 mm thick confirming to IS 1380-12013/IS 1237-2012 of following sizes set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sq.m & jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost & conveyance of all materials, etc., complete for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply) Chequered cement concrete heavy duty tiles confirming to IS:13801 using aggregates, cement, pigments of size 400 X 400 x 25mm of any shades.

Flooring with granite slabs ( Cheeta brown granite / Multi red colour granite) set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost & conveyance of all materials, seigniorage charges, labour charges for dressing of tiles etc., complete for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the slabs against supply)

Providing skirting to internal walls to 15 cm height / risers of steps with 18 to 20 mm thick polished granite slab ( Tan brown granite / Cheeta brown granite / Multi red colour granite) set over base coat of CM (1:3) 12 mm thick with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sq.m and jointed with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including curing cost & conveyance of all materials like tiles, cement, sand, water, etc., complete for finished item of work.

Full Rounding the edges of Marble/ Granite stone slabs of all thicknesses including polishing the same.

Supply and fixing of Galvalume sheet Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal Profile Roofing sheets with 0.47mm thickness (Total Coated Thickness-TCT), Coating: Alu-Zinc coating AZ150 GSM. Tensile strength: 550 MPA. Paint coating: Regular Modified Polyester painting. Painting thickness (Top): 18 to 20 Microns, (Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns. Sheet Width: 1.020, Length: Maximum 12 Meters with Regular Range Colours with minimum end lap of 15 cms etc.,complete as directed during execution (Original coil shall be of make TATA Blue scope/JSW)
