Taking down of old unserviceable over head tank from 12 mtr height.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of SMC panel over head tank for water storage as confirming with IS: 14399 (Part 1&2): 1996 tank capacity 12 KL including fixing and assembling/erecting the tank, the tank to be leak proof after the installation, with clear size of the tank (LxBxH) (3X2X2) Mtr thickness as per manufacturer's instructions, tank life to be designed for a minimum lifespan for 50 years, provision of outside tank staging, 3 nos outlets, 1 no riser, 1 no over flow, water level indicator, ladders for inside and outside, roof support pipe, internal roof support, airvent, to be complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Taking down of old unserviceable GI pipe 100, 80, 50, 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of 100 MM bore galvanized steel water tubing, medium grade, with all necessary flange/socket fittings, laid in trenches or fixed to wall or downcomer from over head tank with suitable clamps with nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel iron clamp (two parts made out of mild steel flat iron 100m widthx10mm thick of approx 450mm length and required size of MS bolts and washers and suitable for holding 100/80/50mm pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI fittings bends, elbow, reducer socket, tee etc for the size of 25, 50, 80, 100mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.50 Mtr in depth for foundation etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cms complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable sluice valve 100/80mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sluice valve with flanged ends cast iron body, flanged and drilled end non rising type MS spindle with check nuts, as per IS: 14846 ISI marked including all joints, class PN-1.6, 100 mm bore complete with nuts bolts gaskets complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No. 14 but size 80 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing, by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including GI pipe (Heavy Grade) of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures (block, roman / Italic / Indian style) n.exc 30Cm high (Tank Size , Tank cleaned on: dd/mm/yyyy and TANK CLEANED DUE ON: dd/mm/yyyy) with synthetic enamel white paint (1st quality) over black back ground duly painted with synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) including obliterating the old letters with synthetic enamel black paint (1st quality) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 MM thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour two coats of white wash including prepatory work on walls, valve chamber inside and outside complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cast Iron Air Valves with single air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 150 mm dia bore and fixing up in CI/DI Water supply mains complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for welding works at site required for the existing structure/tank/ladder/down comer/raiser/GI pipe line including painting of existing structure as per existing colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonnary valve pit chamber 900 x 900 x 900mm with 15 cm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, over 15cm thick hard core, 23 cm thick brick wall built in cement and sand mortor (1:4), 15mm thick internal plaster including top, 2mm thick MS sheet cover with 40mm x 40mm x6mm MS angle iron frame layed in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using (20mm graded stone aggregate) with 25mm x 6mm flat iron hold fast with handle and locking arrangement including necessary earth work and excavation , returning filling in soil and disposal of surplus soil at a distance of not exc 50m and painting of all metal part blue color alongwith 1 No lock 50mm complete all as specified and directed.
