Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets GI framework complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick designer ceiling board in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufactures instructions, laid on hot dipped galvanized iron or equivalent imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick galvanized steel sheet & of size 24x32x300mm and spaced at 12mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers of GI wire 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall flush fitting of 1200 long cross tee with ( double stitching) to be inter locked between main runners at 600mm centre to from 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tee, tee perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick galvanized steel of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per instruction complete all as specified & directed.·

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated) sheets including ridges as in roof covering, complete all as speciified and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Structural steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy brackets (Beam, tee, angle, channel or hollow steel section) including distance pieces, cleats etc confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing old treatment , water proofing membrane, water proofing plaster of any description and of any type over RCC roof including roof tiles, cement mortar screed of any thickness including making good the surface to receive new screed and removal of debris outside the MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:3) with water proofing compound on fair finishes of brick work or concrete surface of roof slab, to be finished even and smooth without using cement all as specified and directed. Note : Water Proofing Compound/Admixture is not paid separately.

Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet as under :- (a) Ist Course : Apply a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384@ 0.40 Kg /Sqm on prepared surface of plaster and after drying of primer, apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm on plastered surfaces. (b) 2nd Course : APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane, 5 layered, 3 mm thick weight not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap, membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat, all joints and changes in direction should be covered with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @200ml/bag of cement and curved before laying of membarance. (c) 3rd Course : Apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm over membrane and dusted with dry sand @ 0.50 to 1 Kg/sqm. (i) Covered fillet in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of required radius shall be provided at the junction of roof and vertical surface such as parapet wall/mumty around opening and treatment mentioned above shall be applied followed by a cement plaster 20mm thick in cement mortar(1:6). Note : (i) Roof treatment work shall be carried out through approved manufacturers only.
