To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25. Achieved in at least two financial years a Minimum financial turnover of Rs. 720.02 Lakhs usually not less than 2 times the estimated annual payments under this contract) and updated to the financial year in which the tenders are invited. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the Financial year in which the tenders are invited. (The Turnover certificate issued by registered charted Accountants along with UDIN) Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors reports for the last five years

The value of the completed works shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of FY in which the tenders are invited. The necessary work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of executive Engineer/Equivalent officer of the concerned division.)

Description of Methodology The bidder shall present his ideas and methodology about Procedures to be carried and Staff deployment and details about the Entry Fees / Parking fees Collection. Operation and maintenance of 7D theatre, Mirror maze and children play area

Technical Requirement The bidder should have following items for carrying out the assignment a. Collection of Entry fees/Parking fees with Advanced Digital payment method and Boom Barriers to be provided for effective management of public/vehicle movement. b. Development of Advanced Fees collection booth with Digital name board & Rate board with all Digital payment apps and any addition/upgrading for 7D theatre, Mirror maze and children play area

Personnel including skills and competencies The bidder should have and deploy following key personnel/man power for the assignment. Bio data of the individual key personnel signed by the individual member shall be furnished.
