SCHEDULE "A" PART - I [CIVIL WORKS]
Felling of tree girth exc. 30cm and not exc. 100 cm including cutting of trunk, and branches and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to outside MD land as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and clearing site complete all as specified and as directed.
Grubbing up tree trunk of girth exc. 30cm and not exc. 100 cm including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and levelling off ground and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to outside MD land as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and clearing site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix suspended false ceiling of gypsum board of 12mm thick conforming to IS with GI perimeter channel of size 20 x 30 x 27 x 0.9mm (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and web 27mm) along perimeter of ceiling, screwed fixed to wall with help of nylon sleeves and screws of 610mm centre to centre suspending GI infemedia techchannels of size 15 x 45 x o.9mm thick ( two flanges of 15mm each and web 45mm) from the soffit 1200 mm centre to centre both ways with ceiling angle soffit cleat of size 27 x 37 x 25 x 1.6mm thick fixed to soffit with rawl plug. Ceiling section of 80 x 25 x 5mm fixed to the intermediate channels with the help of connecting clip 2.64mm dia and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 365 mm centre fixing gypsum board with screws 250 mm centre to centre including jointing compound joint paper tape and drywall top coat and two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of putty, all as specified and shown on drawing No. DGNP/TD/211 sheet 1/1 and as per manufacturers instructions.
Supply and fix Plain Aluminium sheeting of 0.56 mm thickness, Alloy 31000 H4 in stepped flashing (measured as the minimum rectangle from which the pieces can be cut),complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and application of epoxy resin based anti-static self levelling floor topping, consisting of araldite barriers kole primer with 100 microns thickness over and above self level primer 1 mm using GY257+Aradvr140+Quartz filter, self adhesive copper tape of size 25 mm width and 150mm length at one end of the floor connected to copper earth strip,over and above the primer application of preformulated conductive base coat applied as conductive under coat at 100 microns thick having surface resistance of 3x10 3 ohms to 9x10 3 ohms. top coat 2mm thick using Araldite GY257+Aradvr 2963 silica floor + Quartz sand + conductive pigment + preformulated conductive additives, the top system having surface resistance of less than 50 K ohms, spread slowly and evenly levelling with serrated trowel including rolling slowly with spike rollers to clean the concrete floor before laying anti static flooring, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for 50 mm thick Vacuum Dewatered concrete flooring using M 20 grade concrete design mix by vacuum processing with use of suction mat and vacuum pump and trowelling the surface with skim floater including sprinkling floor hardner at 5 kg/Sqm over concrete surface while it is green and the surface finished mechanically even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for Solid PVC wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Item no 6.01 contd........, The coil section consist of 6 row deep coil with min 12 fins/inch duly coated. The filter section consists of prefliter with 10 micron 90% efficiency. The other accessories are view port, limit switch, stainless steel (SS3) drain pan, volume control damper mixing chamber for approx 250 TR plant with energy Efficient Motor (EE series) of suitable capacity and specified make and drain pan all as specified - 02 jobs (ii) BLANK (iii) Strip type heater bank of suitable capacity in three banks with necessary copper conductor wiring for banking complete-02 sets (one set for each AHU) (iv) Humidistat's and Thermostats in each AHU room. (v) Three way Mixing valve of required size with actuator and modulating and modulating thermostat control for each AHU- 02 Nos (vi) Accoustic insulation with 25 mm thick fibre glass rigid boards and finished with RP tissue paper and 28 gauge aluminium perforated sheet upto 5 mt from outlet of the air plenum including air plenum all as specified and directed. (vii) 5 micron filters shall be provided in a GI sheet plenum for AHUs. The filters shall have efficiency of 99% when tested as per BIS 6540-Part-1 and made out of Non-woven synthetic/polyester/polypropylene media sandwitched between HDPE mesh on one side for additional coarse filtration and aluminium expanded mesh on the other side for mechanical support. Media is deep pleated, encased and sealed in sturdy GI frame for longer life including rubber gasket of appr size 600 x 600 x 305 mm.
(E) Air Distribution System : Comprising of the following :- Supply and return air ducting made out of commercial grade GI sheet zine coating 120 grade IS 277 and fabricated as per IS-655, but not less than 22 SWG thick, ducting wherever passing through unconditioned space shall be insulated with resin bonded fibre glass wool 25 mm thick (density 24 kg/Cum covered with GI chicken wire mesh and cladded with aluminium foil fixed with adhesive tape. Where these ducts are passing through open area, insulated with 50 mm thick fibre glass wool density 24 kg/m3, covered with polythene sheet faced hessian cloth, GI chicken wire mesh and protected with sand cement plaster - 01 Job
Item no 6.01 contd........, Note : The contractor should examine the entry of supply air duct/return duct in Anechoic and integration bay. (i) GI ducting for supply and return air shall be fabiricated as per SMACNA-1995 standards and all as specified. The layout of ducting should be submitted by the contractor for the approval of the Accepting Officer duly considering the ground requuirement before execution of the work. Item no 6.01 contd........, (FG) UNDERDECK INSULATON : AHU rooms shall be provided with under deck insulation to slab. Insulation shall be with 50mm thick Glass wool of density 24 Kg/m3 fixed with GI angle/clamps. The Glass wool shall be enclosed with 12mm thick gypsum Board and secured with suitable screws all as directed. (i) CIVIL WORK : Comprising of masonry foundation for chiller units, pumping sets, and AHU and any other equipment and making opening in the brick wall and making good for ducts, pipes, cables and fresh air intake etc, all inclusive. Notes:- (i) Plant room of suitable size and AHU rooms will be provided by the department (the reqd size of the same may please be verified from drawing, in case of any discrepencies should brought to the notice of Accepting Officer before quoting of the tender) as per drawings enclosed. The unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include for any modifications such as cutting, opening, provision of foundation to plants and equipments as required and making good the disturbed surfaces all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) All civil works required to install, test and commissioning the equipment like excavation, foundation for equipment, necessary cable ducts with MS chequered covers 10mm thick duly painted and finishing patch work to match the existing specifications including fixing the ducting etc, shall be deemed to be included in the above offer. (iii) All three phase motor shall be provided independent single phasing preventer with phase reversal protection with earting connection.
Item no 6.01 contd........, (xiii) Any item of work not included in the above details, but is inescapable, technical requirement for the efficient performance and smooth functioning of the plant shall be clearly specified and brought to the notice of accepting officer to modify the same before quoting of tender. (xiv) Phase-II Tests of Summer, Monsoon and Winter shall be carried out as specified in the particular specifications. (xv) Electricity for Phase-I and Phase-II testing will be provided free of cost by the department. (xvi) The Chilled water pumpsets shall have Minimum Flow rate of 2.4 US GPM/TON & 4.0 GPM/TON. (xvii) The contractor shall visit the site, prepare and produce the actual heat load calculations to arrive at the actual capacity of the AC plant and connected accessories. (xviii) The rep of the Accepting Officer shall visit and inspect the Plant at workshop before dispatch. The contractor shall intimate GE at least 15 days before dispatch. (xix) The contractor need to submit the drawings for chiller unit, AHU, electrical panels etc including all major components for approval of the accepting officer before placing the order. The contractor should submit all the supporting calculations as well as OEM recommendations for all the motors, pumps, AHUs, cooling towers, de-humidifier etc to get the desired condition in the specified space. (xx) The inside design conditions required is Temperature 22 degree C + 2 degree C and Relative Humidity is 55% + 5%. (xxi) Number of fresh air changes per hour are 8 no.s per hour.

Design, fabricate, supply, errect, test and commissioning of 15/5 Ton Capacity EOT crane push button and radio remote control system complete with span of 18 Mtrs (approx), long travel of 45 Mtr and lift hook 10 Mtr from floor level including supply, laying of crane track rail of suitable cross section on gantry girder including auxillary hoist, three phase, electrically operated with connected accessories like rope drum, steel wire rope, sheaves, pulleys, hydraulic thruster brake, single phase preventer, over load relay, SFU, air brake contactor, main hoist motor, micro hoist motor, cross travel motor, long travel motor, lifting hook, service platform, ladders, buffers , safety siren for overload , alarm while carrying the load & moving , provision of safety clamps/hooks to be fixed on wall for easy maintenance of DSL system etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including the following :- (a) Design supply, install, test and commissioning DSL system with PVC shrouded copper bus bar for 3 phase and neutral including earth bus system all as specified suitable for 15/5 TON EOT Crane.
