Dismantling of mangalore pattern roofing tiles with ceiling tiles or slate roofing including ridges complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any type and any size complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down shutters (including fittings & fixtures) of any description not exc 1 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops, coved fillets and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Kerb block (Kerb Stone), factory casted with plain fair faces, size 10cm x 30cm each or as directed, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle throating, with plain or interlocking joints and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Shape & size of Kerb blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvers and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3, type A1, Nominal mix (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in chajja, roof projection and the like in patches in any description for height upto 12 metres from average ground level including necessary formwork for fair finished surfaces of concrete and scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of form work, scaffolding, safety belt, etc. (ii) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks or slabs, 10 cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) and setting in cement mortar 1:4 in walls complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counter and the like, set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Second class hard wood well seasoned wooden scantling clean sawn unframed fixed complete all as directed.

Fixing only hard wood scantling clean sawn unframed fixed complete all as directed. Note : Wooden scantling obtained serviceable from item No 7 here-in-above shall be used under this item.

M&L for Second class hard wood battens spaced at 30cm centre to centre, clean sawn, cross sectional area exceeding 15 sqcm but not exc 25 sqcm, including taking down old unserviceable/ decayed battens, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully existing serviceable second class hard wood battens of cross sectional area exceeding 15 sqcm but not exc 25 sqcm spaced at 30cm centre to centre, clean sawn, and re-fixing the same at old or new position spaced at 30cm centre to centre, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton door shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing guage etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (a), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 30 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton window shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc edge of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing guage etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (b), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., round bars, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, framed signed boards, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work including welding conforming to Fe.290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts of 5-10 mm diameter of neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exceeding 5 cm long, with hole in each bolt for tightning of wire, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per serial item No. 42 here-in-before but 6 to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

S&F rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, steel ladders etc fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc conforming to Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe.290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc including dismantling galvanized steel barbed wire of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing (Coating 120 to 140 GSM) not more than 4mm dia of mesh wire, mesh size as directed, including line wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/ ridges/ cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & as directed. Notes : (i) Colour of sheet shall be as approved by the GE. (ii) Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding, safety net, safety belt, etc

M&L for Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry including cutting holes through tiling for pipes and making good the disturbed surface to its original specification complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 52 here-in-above, but except roof tiles. Note : Roofing tiles obtained serviceable from serial item No 10 here-in-above shall be used under this item.

M&L for Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 6 mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre board with frame work with screws fixed to false ceiling with and including MS powder coated (white) snap Grid of size 605x605 mm frame work using 24mm x 32mm x 0.7mm main ‘Tee’ runner to be interlocked, 24mm x 32mm x 0.70mm cross ‘Tee’ and 24mm x 32mm x 0.70mm angles fixed to wall for ceiling including necessary supporting hanger with 4 mm dia GI wire (upto 2.5m long adjustable) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 24x7mm size 60mm long for securing frame work to ceiling suspended @ 1200mm centre to centre both way with PVC rawl plug with & including 6mm thick calcium silicate board as described fixing with clips etc. and ceiling board fixed as per manufacturer’s instructions, with & including painting the ceiling board with two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade over a coat of primer on ceiling with & including taking down existing electrical fittings/fixtures and wiring in ceiling and re-fixing the same to its original position or different locations, after completion of false ceiling work including testing on completion as ordered complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 12mm thick mineral fibre board of size 600x600mm in existing false ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturer's instructions, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) sheets cladding, eaves, etc, vertical or horizontal, with and including fixing in necessary Aluminium frame work flat, angle or T as per best trade practice and filling the joints/grooves with non staining silicone sealant including fixing of angle cleats, screws etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Viva, Aludecor, Reynobond, Virgo, Alex Panels, Indo Bond, Euro bond, Alstrong, Rinac, Areca Alupanel or equivalent as approved by GE. Notes : (i) Colour of ACP sheets shall be as approved by GE. (ii) Frame work is included in this item. (iii) The decision of GE regarding Frame work as per best trade practice shall be final & binding.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, hard standing, etc, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:40 in alternative bays not exceeding 2.5 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising 1 part of heated bitumen Blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand (all by weight). Quoted rate of this item shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring etc laying in alternate panels with broom finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc finished fair and even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for machine pressed coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 295x295x25 mm thick with grey cement and pigments, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of tiles and laying over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified. Notes: (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for factory made M-35 grade, 60 mm thick machine pressed, rubber moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006 (ISI marked), laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushioning. (ii) Shape of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Dismantling & taking out carefully existing serviceable undulated 60 mm thick precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks including sand cushioning and re-laying the same at same location over and including new 50mm thick compacted sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of new 50 mm thick compacted sand cushioning.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical means (any no of layers) by hand held sander/ long handle sander, rubbing down, stopping of distempered & Jet pressure washing of surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass any thickness, size, quality or description from wooden frames glazed with putty or fixed with wooden beads or from metal frames complete all as directed.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads or fixed to aluminium sections not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 4mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads or fixed to aluminium sections not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing/Laying only, jointing and testing old serviceable galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 76.00 here-in-before including cleaning the pipe from inside & outside properly including rust & mud removal, with & including new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

Fixing/Laying only, jointing and testing old serviceable galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 25mm bore obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 77.00 here-in-before including cleaning the pipe from inside & outside properly including rust & mud removal, with & including new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore (ISI marked) with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing any type & any capacity water storage tank fixed in any description and S&F new 500 litres capacity (white colour) rotational moulded polythene water storage tank, (cylindrical vertical with close top) triple layer colour white both inside and outside with top cover hoisted and fixed in position where ordered and making necessary connections for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.
