Outsourcing of services for running and operation of sewage pump installations in two shifts of 8 hours comprising of all plants / machinery / equipments / devices of any type, any make, any capacity inside the installation premises daily including Sunday and holiday with mobile connectivity to receive instructions at installation during duty at the following:-

Sewage Pump House No. 1 & 2 Note: One FGM per Shift to manage Sewage Pump house No 1 & 2

Sewage Pump House No. 4,5 & 6 Note: One FGM per Shift to manage Sewage Pump house No 4,5 & 6

The following is also included in the scope of work :- (a) Maintaining attendance register/ wages register/provident fund details / record on standard format of log sheet including record of shut downs / break downs (Log sheets for the entire period of contract shall be provided by the contractor) and same shall be produced on monthly basis or as an when asked by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Maintaining and upkeeping Sewage pump house and its surrounding areas neat and clean in presentable condition.

Outsourcing of services for running and operation of sewage treatment plant 0.3 MLD type MPPR (Multi Plate Photocatalytic Reactor) in three shifts of 8 hours comprising of all plants / machinery / equipments / devices of any type, any make, any capacity inside installation premises including Sunday and holiday with mobile connectivity to receive instructions at installation during duty. Note: One FGM per Shift to manage STP per Shift

The following is also included in the scope of work:- (a) Maintaining attendance register/ wages register/provident fund details / record on standard format of log sheet including record of shut downs / break downs (Log sheets for the entire period of contract shall be provided by the contractor) and same shall be produced on monthly basis or as an when asked by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Maintaining and upkeeping sewage treatment plant and its surrounding areas neat and clean in presentable condition.

Notes for item No 1.00 & 2.00 :- (i) The minimum tradesmen essentially required for operation of installations against item No 1.01, 1.02 & 02 of BOQ per shift (8 hours) per installation will be one FGM (Skilled). (ii) All trades man shall have 3 years trade experience or ITI qualified. (iii) All trades men shall individually be life insured. (iv) Police verification should invariably got done for each tradesman. (v) Trades men should wear proper uniform and name plate/badge/safety shoes at duty time and should be in possession of/ torch/ mask/ gloves/ raincoat as and when required at the installation. (vi) Tentative shift timings shall be from 6:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs for 1st shift & from 14:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs for 2nd shift daily & 22:00 hrs to 06:00 hrs for 3rd shift daily.

Labour, tools and machinery for draining out sludge obtained from sewage treatment plant of Hansol (Aeration tank/Sand bed) including digging out the settled materials & disposing off the same outside the cantonment area with prescribed procedure including cleaning & washing of plant as required.

Labour and tools for lifting of submersible sewage pump from existing sewage sump well, cleaning of sludge / floating particles, washing and re-lowering the pump including disconnection, connections, testing, commissioning complete.

Labour, tools and machinery for cleaning of sewage sump well by removing water silt, sludge, extract or any other waste material found in the sump after dewatering, depositing the same out of cantonment area and disposing the same as per proper procedure complete.
