7.1.1 : Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

5.2.2 : Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up tot floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Assessing the strength of concrete by cube testing at approved Govt Lab.

5.9.3 : Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

5.22.6 : Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth levelThermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.Make: Tata,Vaishak, SAIL, JSW or eq primary make in the order of preference along with test certificate from manufacturer and testing of steel at Govt. approved Lab.

50.6.2.2 : Solid masonry using pre cast solid blocks (factory made) of size 30x20x15cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level with thickness 15cm in : CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete. Assessing the strength of concrete block by testing at approved Govt Lab.

13.7.1 : 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix:1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand). If change in specification , item may be treated as extra.

13.43.1 : Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface:Water thinnable cement primer .Make : Asian,Berger,Nerolac or eq in the order of preferance.

13.60.1 : Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work.Make : Asian,Berger,Nerolac or eq in the order of preferance.

13.62.1 : Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture .Make : Asian,Berger,Nerolac or eq in the order of preferance.

11.41.2 : Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm. Make: Khajaria, Johnson, RAK, NITCO, Cera or eq. in the order of pref.

11.3.1 : Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate)finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

10.30.1 : Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows all complete with :4.0 mm thick glass panes.Make Saint-Gobain,Modi or Eq.

10.31 : Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mildsteel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron35x35x5 mm or 35x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall withdash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying apriming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction ofEngineer In charge.

9.122.1 : Providing and fixing to existing door frames.30 mm thick Glas Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS : 14856, including fixing to frames. Make with IS.

12.1.3 : Providing corrugate G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( up to any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2.Make Tata,JSW,Bushan,Geo or Eq.
