All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint grey shade. The scope of work also comprising of the following including taking down completely old unserviceable switch main fuse unit with MCCB of 63 amps rating any type by disconnection all electrical connections, :- BUS BAR CHAMBER:- (a) 100 Amp TPN, Alu. conductor, Supported on insulated plate form interconnection of all incomings & outgoings. INSTRUMENT CHAMBER:- (i) RYB Phase indicating light LED type- 01 Set. INCOMING:- (i) Change over switch 63 Amps, 4 pole - 01 No (ii) MCCB 4 pole ,415 V, of rating 63 Amp 36 KA- 1 No., OUTGOING:- (i) MCB SPN 40 Amps, 10 KA- 03 No. (iii) MCB SP 20 amps, 10 KA - 03 Nos , NOTE : (i) Panel wiring for control circuit with copper flexible 1.5 Sq mm & power wiring minimum 4 Sqmm flexible. (ii) The contractor shall submit drawings (general & circuit lay out drawings). Drawing shall be approved by GE after factory inspection by GE or Rep of GE before procurement.
