Schedule 'A' Part-I (B/R itmes) Cutting openings, through brick walls built in cement mortar for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings. converting window into door openings, etc. or cutting out defective brick work for under-pinning, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard-core, etc. to store and rubbish not exc. 50m complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L forming jambs, etc. to openings, including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work in cement mortar in 1:6, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports overhangs etc, also splays between floors and beams, etc., work in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour rendering 10 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered/ unplastered surfaces of brick/concrete ceiling and applying two coats of white lime wash complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old tar felt including plaster from roof including cleaning of old concrete roof by roughening, picking, sweeping, clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per square metre complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material & Labour for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and consisting of a coat bitumious primer @ 0.40 ltr /Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25 degree centegrate temprature and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat with overlap of 100mm at the side and 150mm at the end, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface complete as per standred practice as per manufacture's instructions . The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shell be under ;- (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree centegrate at 650/ 450 N /5 cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/5 cms. Softing point of membrane not less then 150 degree centegrate when tested in accordance with ASTM (d-5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L applying a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.11 kg per sqm on APP membrane surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Schedule 'A' Part-II (E/M itmes) Material and labour for point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and incuding medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia with accessories, concealed on wall surfaces and on surface on ceiling surfaces and incuding provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes modular type of size/modules as required at site with earth dolly (boxes shall be galvanised or painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally) including provision of new covered plate over sunken box for housing the modular switches , modular socket outlets,modular fan regulators etc. for one light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- a) .All chases will be cut by chase cutter only and making good the disturbed surfaces with existing specifications including finishing to match with existing b) Switch, socket outlet and fan regulators to be measured and paid for separately .

Supply and fix modular switch 1 module, single pole, one way 6 Amps flush type, 230 volts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix ceiling fans, AC, single phase, 230 V, 50 Hz, copper wounded of 1200 mm sweep having service value more than or equal to 6 with BLDC technology , max power input up to 35 watt, copper wire induction motor with 5 star BEE ratings, (suitable for operating on existing fan ragulator) complete along with canopy cover, down rod, 'U' clamp, 3 core PVC flexible cable 1sqmm for making connection of fan and hanging the fan in clamp, connecting with electrical connection all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note ; - MES No shall be written by the contractor with permanent marker over ceiling fan of specified size and colour and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included of this element.

Supply and fix ceiling rose surface type 2/3 terminal polycarbonate, isolated body complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F electronic Fan regulator modular 100 watt, one module, 230 volts , 50 Hz, AC supply suitable for ceiling fan any type/make/sweep complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of heavy duty exhaust fan 300mm sweep with corrosion resistant metallic body, minimum noise, operation and maintenance free design, totally enclosed, highly efficient, heavy duty motor with pressure die cast aluminium rotor mounted on two ball bearings, aerodynamically contoured blades, metallic base frame with rubber mountings for silent operation, maximum watt input not more than 55 watt, 1420 RPM, metal blades and shutter type louvers self-openable/ closeble for protecting the entrance of birds as per IS :2132-1967 and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour cutting of existing walls in circular/square shape for making opening suitable for fixing 300 mm sweep exhaust fan and 15 mm thick cement plaster on any faces of brick wall in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and fair without using extra cement and applying two coats of white lime wash complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
