Providing, laying and spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate grading as per table 400-13 and satisfying the physical reqmt as per table no. 400-12 of MORT&H specifications for WMM specifications to a thickness of 75 mm, including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mix (Pug mill) laying in uniform layers in sub base/base course on a well prepared base and compacting with power vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including guarding (2 Layers).

Providing sand layers to a depth of 25 mm spraying water, compacting with power roller all complete.

Manufacturing, supplying and laying of precast interlocking concrete block (PILCB) of size 200mm x 100mm x 80mm with tongue and groove interlocking arrangement conforming to IS 15658:2006 for roads/vehicular roads etc, including all cost like edge restraints, embedment to ILCB, spreading of joints with fine sand, compaction of ILCB, if an additional sub item works required to main work etc.

Manufacturing, supplying and laying of precast machine pressed edge blocks of size 300mm x 180mm x 200mm conforming to IS 15658:2006, M-50 grade for edge protection to PILCB, joint filled with CM 1:6 on both sides of the road all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying of embedment with M-35 of size 350mm x 100mm and 75 mm x 150mm, filling and mass concrete including formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth work in embankment filling with earth free from roots etc spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm including watering and finishing to required slopes & level not exceeding 1.5 m high above the base in ordinary soil in hill roads where cut & fill method is adopted.
