Dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable existing 120 TR chiller unit from Bldg No. P-148 NAY AC Plant including compressors, control panels, electric cables, cooling tower and all connected items of chiller and cooling tower i.e including condenser and chiller pipelines and transport for deposit the same at MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. Any damages occurred to the assets during the dismantling of AC plant shall be rectified by the contractor. 2. The rate is deemed to be included for making good to match the existing surfaces.

Supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and handing over of 120 TR capacity water-cooled flooded type chiller with Hermetic/semi Hermetic sealed Twin screw compressor capable of working with refrigerant R134A or 410A complete with shell and tube condenser, flooded type shell and tube evaporator provided with thermal insulation using 13mm thick closed cell class 'O' elastomeric nitrile rubber foam sheet, flow switches at condenser and evaporator water outlet, the first charge of refrigerant and oil, Microprocessor based control panel with all safety devices and interlocks, Chiller mounter on MS frame with vibration isolator, AHRI certified conforming to the following technical specification in all respect and as directed. Evaporator flow rate: 18.89 LPS (+/-5%) Condenser flow rate:- 22.95 LPS(+/-5%) Chilled water in Temperature:- 12.22 Deg C Chilled water out Temperature:- 6.70 Deg C Condenser water in Temperature: -29.44 Deg C Condenser water out Temperature:- 34.61 Cooler fouling factor-0.0001 Btu/h/sqft Condenser fouling factor:- 0.00025 Btu/h/sqft Power at full load (kW/TR):- </=0.6206 IPLV(kW/TR):- </= 0.4642. Chiller shall deliver a minimum of 120 TR at the above conditions. Make: Bluestar/ Carrier/ Daikin/ Voltas.

Note for item No. 2 : (i) Any accessories required to be removed during the dismantling and installation of chiller units shall be repaired/replaced to the existing shape or as per site requirement and as directed by Engeer-in-Charge. The cost required for the same shall be deemed to be included in the above cost. (ii) The work shall be carried out through OEM/authorized agency. (iii) If the required capacity is not available, the next higher capacity shall be provided by the contractor, and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the cost. (iv) Any special items/accessories left out in the contract for successful completion of the work shall be provided by the contractor and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the unit cost. (v) Necessary foundation for Chiller units shall be provided as per OEM specifications. (vi) Necessary electric connection to be taken from existing ac plant electrical panel for new chiller. (vii) Chiller should be pre-charged with eco friendly refrigerant R134A/R410A (viii) The OEM should have service setup in Kochi area in Kerala (ix) Anti fungal painting to be done on PCC pillars of chiller and synthetic enamel paint on channels of chiller i.e complete painting of chillers/PCC etc all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and handing over of 240 TR capacity induced draft FRP cooling tower with spray section, honeycomb PVC fills, water basin, fan with motor, make up with suitable float valve, quick fill water connection, bird screen on the air intake and suitable foundation complete all as specified and directed by EIC and as per OEM recommendations. Note for item No. 3 (i) Any accessories required to be removed during the dismantling and installation of the cooling tower shall be repaired/replaced to the existing shape or as per site requirement and as directed by EIC. The cost required for the same shall be deemed to be included in the above cost. (ii) If the required capacity is not available, the next higher capacity shall be provided by the contractor, and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the cost (iii) Any special items/accessories left out in the contract for successful completion of the work shall be provided by the contractor and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the unit cost. (iv) Necessary foundation for the cooling tower shall be provided as per OEM specifications and site/ soil condition. The contractor should visit the site before bidding the tender. The GAD drg shall be submitted by the contractor duly approved by authorized structural agency. The rate for the same deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. Make: Mihir/ Delta/ Paharpur (v) Supply and fixing glow sign (radium colour for night vision) board of Central AC plant size 1m x 0.6m, weather proof with white acrylic sheet 2mm thick and writing "MES CENTRAL AC PLANT, GE(NS) KOCHI" with arial black font with suitable size not exceeding 150mm and minimum size 100mm complete all as specified and as directed. (v) Ani fungal painting to be done on PCC pillars of cooling towers and synthetic enamel paint on channels of cooling tower i.e complete painting of cooling channels/ PCC etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay GI Pipe heavy grade of size 200mm dia for condenser piping, cut to required length and installed with welded joints including all necessary fittings such as elbows, tees, bends, short pieces etc., and conforming to the specifications and painting with one coat of red oxide printer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete including providing necessary supports, complete all as site requirement and as specified and directed.

Supply and lay MS heavy grade pipes of size 150mm dia for condenser piping, cut to required length and installed with welded joints including all necessary fittings such as elbows, tees, bends, short pieces etc., and conforming to the specifications and insulating the pipe and fittings with 50 mm thk puf/thermocole pipe sections and CPRX compound and cladding with 26 swg aluminium sheet complete including providing necessary steel supports, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay MS heavy grade pipes of size 125mm dia for chilled water piping, cut to the required length and installed with welded joints including ail necessary fittings such as elbows, tees, bends, short pieces, etc., and conforming to the specifications and insulating the pipe and fittings with 50 mm thk PUF/thermocole pipe sections and CPRX compound and cladding with 26 swg Aluminium sheet complete including providing necessary supports, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing and connecting up Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe as directed/specified for loop earthing etc as required of galvanised iron strip of size 32 x6 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note: This item shall be measured for the quantity used at site after the length of strip 7.5 mtr

S&F hangers 6mm die Gl 9 (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufactures intrctions in repairs including necessary scafolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall & ceiling, fiber, pulp, insulation etc including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.
