M & L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75 X 75 X 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw including taking down old one complete all as directed.

Material and labour for pipe GI tubing light grade with and incl all fitting /accessries (ISI) marked for air termination rod of size 40mm dia bore complete all as specifed including taking down old Unsv all as per directed

Taking down unsv, supply and fix in replacement PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for blocks of size 175mmx 175mmx 175mm complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Labour for Refix the old serviceable aluminium strip after straight by pulling with new saddles and fixing screws etc for as roof conductors and down conductors above ground surface for lightning conductors complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3mm thick, buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal groud level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to and including 4mm dia G I wire by means of steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and earth wire protected with 15mm bore GI pipe light grade and earth pit surrounded by picked layer of coal dust and common salt, 15cm thick all around bottom and top, watering pipe of 20 mm bore of light grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connecting to earthing test point, installation and testing on completion including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit with RCC cover and framing including necessary earth work etc, complete all as specified. Note : (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least one metre away from the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.(ii) XPM shall be used in RCC cover in lieu of steel reinforcement bar.
