Outsourcing services for operation/maintainance of 11KV main receiving Station with one operator (Electrician of Skilled Category) and one helper, semi-skilled Category (i.e. with minimum 2 years exprience in the field) of industrial person for Main receiving station/sub station to operate HT/LT Equipments installed in MRS/Sub Station & to attend HT/LT faults in 2ASD area round the clock(03 shifts of 08hrs each/day) including sunday/holiday for the following MRS/sub station including to work as per daily orders given and as directed by the Eng-in-Charge. (a)11 KV Main Receiving Station at 2ASD Beas Area -03 Shift/Day. Following equipments are installed in receiving stn. (i) Gang operating switch -07 Nos. (ii) 11 KV 250 MVA indoor control panel VCB – 03 Nos. (iii) 11 KV /433 V out door transformer 63 KVA upto 1000KVA-06 Nos.

Note ;-(I) Minimum qualification /experiencce for Operator shall be ITI in appropriate field or 4years experience in same field and for helper minimum 2years experience in same field. Contractor shall submit necessary documents for the same before commencement of work for each manpower employed by him to Eng-in-Charge. (ii)Obtaining Security passes and police verification will be responsibility of contractor for manpower employed by him. (iii)contractor shall provide all tools and safety equipments required for day to day working without any extra cost. (iv)Weekly off will be given to all manpower employed by contractor as per existing rules.Provision of reliver by the contractor for each manpower employed shall deemed to include in item rate quoted. (v)Cleaning of Installations and surrounding area will be responsibilities of manpower employed by contractor and rate quoted for item shall deemed to include this provision. (vi)Necessary logbook/logsheet shall be maintained by manpower employed by contractor as directed by Eng-In-Charge. (vii) In Case contractor fails to deploy appropriate staff for any shift , penalty @ Rs 1000/ shift shall be recovered from any dues of the contractor.

M&L for Servicing, testing, repair and load testing certification of 5 tonne flame proof crane including writing of make, MES No. Date of inspection etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Chatge. Note :- (i) Servicing, Testing, repair and load testing certification of cranes shall be carried out through govt approved license holder agency and necessary load testing certificate shall be submitted to Engineer-in-charge by the contractor. (ii) Item required for replacement will be measured and paid seperately under this schedule. (iii) Load suitable capacity for testing in one shed will be provided by the Department and be transportation to other shed and again brought back to initial site is contractors responsibility. Rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to include this provision.

All as per Srl item No 2 here-in-before but of capacity 10 tonne flame proof crane. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Opening the main gear box of EOT crane capacity 5/10 Ton used for up-down - 1 movement (1 No), left-right movement (3 Nos), thrustor (5 Nos) and cleaning the the gear box/ thrustor, including testing and setting the gears / parts for proper functioning, complete change / toping up the gear box /thrustor with recommended lubricants and hydraulic brake fluid, replacment of worn out gaskets, Greasing the reduction gear, steel rope, motor bearings with grease gun including set-right and lubrication to all other moving parts of the crane, checking and tightning of rope clamps and reassembling after completion of repair / replacement including dismantling & taking out the old unserviceable part complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note : Lubrication oil for gear box/ thrustor will be measured & paid seperately.

Supply & Fixing of brake shoe liner of EOT crane capacity 5/10 Ton including dismantling & taking out the old unserviceable part. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing limit switches with 3&4 contacts in oil tight die cast aluminium housing accurate type with 2 No + 2NC type 3SE 404-OE with normal span action of EOT crane capacity 5/10 Ton including dismantling & taking out the old unserviceable part. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Siemens

Supply & Fixing power contactor part No. 3TF46 with 2 NO (normally open) + 2NC (normally colsed) auxillary contacts, rated curent 45A, 415 volt AC 50HZ with coil 24V DC of EOT crane capacity 5/10 Ton including dismantling & taking out the old unserviceable part. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing set 3 moveable and 6 fix switcing element with fixing parts for 3 RT14 AC-1 duty power contactor (Make : Siemens) of EOT crane capacity 5/10 Ton including dismantling & taking out the old unserviceable part. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing electronic logic card/PCB electronic circuit control board in electrical control panel of EOT crane complete with components as per existing rating /Values of EOT crane capacity 5/10 Ton including dismantling & taking out the old unserviceable part. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing for normal opaque push button green with 1 NO (Normally open) contact block," START" + Red mushroom mainted with 1 NC (normally colsed) "STOP" part No. 3SB 58-02-8E3 "Make :- Siemens for EOT crane capacity 5/10 Ton including dismantling & taking out the old unserviceable part. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for opening, taking down the defective flame proof electric motor capacity 7.5 HP from the platform transportion to workshop cutting and taking out the burnt winding and then rewinding the motor with new super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and of the same weight , providing clean insulation, taping,varnishing, assembling, transportion and fixing at the required site including making connection, testing and commissioning complete of EOT crane capacity 5/10 Ton. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Opening, taking down the defective flame proof electric motor capacity 1HP from the platform transportion to workshop cutting and taking out the burnt winding and then rewinding the motor with new super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and of the same weight , providing clean insulation, taping,varnishing, assembling, transportion and fixing at the required site including making connection, testing and commissioning complete of EOT crane capacity 5/10 Ton, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for opening, dismantling and taking down defective FLP/WP electro Hydrolic thrustor with intergral motor use on upto 1100 V, 3 PH, 50 Hz with max thrust upto 40 Kg, conducting required repair, including repair/ replacemnt of shaft rode, and taking out the burnt 3 PH motor winding, re-winding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing guage and reassembling after cleaning and all requried repair, filling of recommended oil, fixing and making connection, testing and commissioning complete of EOT crane capacity 5/10 Ton. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Attending complaints and rectification of electronic, electrical and mechanical defects of EOT crane of capacity 5/10 Ton and testing thereafter complete all as specified and directed by engineer in Charge.Note : (i) The complaint shall be notified to the contractor by Engineer-in-Charge or JE E/M telephonically / personally or by SMS and recorded in the register maintained for the purpose. Contractor shall make necessary arrangement and rectify the defect within 24 hours from notified to him to attend complaint within 24 hrs failing which penalty @ Rs 1000/-day will be recovered from contractor for not attending complaint within stipulated time frame (ii) Cost of any minor nature of repair, replacement of petty items such as nuts, bolts, washers, screws, piece of electric cable upto 0.50 metre length etc is deemed included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor (iii) Any other major items/ repair required for rectification shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule.

Taking down unserviceable AC Drive of any capacity / make from the crane, transportation to workshop and replace Power supply card 440 V, 31/35A transport back, and re-fixing, testing and commissioning AC drive on their existing place after necessary repair/replacement as required. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable AC Drive of any capacity / make from the crane, transportation to workshop and replace VFD IGBT Module, and re-fixing, testing and commissioning AC drive on thier existing place after necessary repair/ repalcement as requrired. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repair of existing AC Drive A1000 Series, Heavy Duty, Voltage-380-480V, Capacity- 15/18.5KW, Out put Current 31/35 A, suitable for working with 10/5 Ton EOT crane all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and Fill Oil for the thustor transformer as per IS: 335-1983 (EHV Grade) or equivalent as approved by the GE complete all as specified and directed. Oil grade EP 140 for gear box model 3510HNG & 320 CT complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hoist rope drum /guide wire rope casted steel in one piece for guiding the rope on rope drum for 10/5 Ton capacity electric wire rope hoist for flame proof EOT crane. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pendent push button for controlling all motions i.e hoist/micro speed/long travel/cross travel including dismantling & taking out the old unserviceable part. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply & fixing PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable copper conductor 10 Sqmm 4 core, multistranded FRLS round type fixed for EOT crane including taking down the old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cable /pipes and getting out in any type of soil including taking down existing cable protection bricks and store them properly for re-use of serviceable bricks. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil and spreading in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick including watering and well ramming. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil (any type of soil obtained from excavation) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out the old bricks cable cover of any size from existing trench and store serviceable bricks for reuse. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for brick laying as protection using old size sub class 'B' new bricks, laid flat dry but jointly, laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Relaying of old serviceable brick obtained from Srl item No 27. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling in trenches for cable cushioning with clean dry fine sand unwashed locally available including gently punning around cable complete all aspecified and directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid.

Taking out old / defective cable of any size/ description from trenches /floors/road/wall/pipe/pole and stacking complete all as specifeid and directed. (Excavation for this item is linked with laying of new cable and shall not be measured / paid separately).

Laying only, retrieved cable (Retrived under item Srl item No. 31 above) after rectifying defects, testing & connecting LT cable of any size 3.5 core XLPE/ insulated armoured heavy duty, Electric cable with aluminium conductor for working pressure 1100 voltage grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for straight through joints (epoxy) for 1100volts grade LT underground cable including jointing kit suitable for PVC/XLPE sheathed armoured heavy duty with aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 300 Sqmm 3.5 cable with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe light grade 100mm bore for cable protection fixed in replacement to poles/along wall/floor/ under road/across the drain or nallah with clamps, bolts, nuts & washers. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cleaning the earth pit by removing mud /soil from any type of earth pit, removing rust from the aluminum /copper strip and including disconnecting the electrode by opening nuts/bolts and replacement of rusted nuts/bolts and strips as required during working at site including any excavation/dismantling of PCC required at site and making good the disturbed surface by PCC work in 1:2:4 etc and taking reading of earth resistance by using good quality earth resistance machine and preparing records complete all as specified and directed. The above rates includes the minor spares such as copper/brass nuts& bolts, cutting/welding works, repair work of earthing pit such as PCC works, brick work and plastering work etc including necessary T&P required at site. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of Encoder Euchner PWFA20720B G absulutwinkelgber Drehgeber Encoder with software uploading etc suitable for 10 or 5 ton EOT crane Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & Fixing aluminium strip of size 25 X 3mm fixed above ground level as on wall/ roof conductor on saddles not more than 1m apart, including dismantling & taking out the old unserviceable strip. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing earth continuit conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing as requied 32X 6mm copper strip including dismantling & taking out the old unserviceable copper strip complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal gound level connected to GI earth lead of GI Strip 32 x 6mm by means of GI bolts, nuts check, nuts and washers (earth plate covered with alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick), GI earth wire protected by GI pipe light grade 50mm dia upto contineous earth wire on pole including provision of GI pipe 20mm dia light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, all as shown in electrical plate no. 3 of SSR Part-I including PCC chamber (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and GI cover and frame including all necessary excavation and earth work including dismantling & taking out the old unserviceable material of existing earthing . Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
