Dr NTTPS Labour charges for providing Acrylic Emulsion painting to the Exterior of Wagon tipplers 1 to 6 surrounding buildings.

Removing the old paint, scales, dirt, grease etc., to make the surface clean and dusted by scraping with sanding machine and by other means, so as to receive the new paint including necessary repairs to scratches complete, at all elevations up to 21m height all leads and lifts, all T&P required such as sanding machine, cage and ropes for suspended platform incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work, as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Plastering in CM(1:3), 20 mm thick for damaged portions of walls and soffit of slabs at all elevations up to 21m height, after thorough chipping the loose portions, applying rust converter to the exposed reinforcement steel and proper bonding agent (Nito bond/Zoribond PB) to the old concrete, rate including cost and conveyance of all materials such as bonding agent, curing compound etc., scaffolding charges and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work for external walls and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of cement which will be issued by the department at free of cost.

Labour charges for Painting to the external walls with two coats of premium exterior grade acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/Narolac/Asian make of approved shade over one coat of exterior grade cement primer to give an even shade over the neat and clean prepared surface after attending small and hair line cracks if any on the surface of wall with Birla White wall care putty. Rate excluding cost of emulsion paint,cement primer,wall care putty and including cost and conveyance of brushes, suspended scaffolding, and other tools etc., all labour charges, safety amenities, hire charges of T&P, all leads and lifts, incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (Each coat shall be allowed to dry out thoroughly and rubbed smooth before the next coat is applied). Paints will be issued by the department at free of cost.
