Out sourcing of Services for operation of Centralised Air Conditioning plant at HQ SWAC, AF Stn Chiloda with appropriate categories of industrial personnel (Operator)/Ref Mech in one shifts (01) of 08 Hours each per day at AC Plant 700 TR Cap complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Consisting under and contractor responsibilities to maintain :- (a) Water Chiling Maching 350 TR - 02 Nos (02 Nos Working) (b) Pumps for chilled water, Condensor water, Primary Pumps, Secondary Pumps, Draining out of Plant complete and all as specified. (c) Cleaning of Cooling tower of Capacity 350TR from algae and corrossion - 02 No (d) Cleaning of filters of AHUs of Various capacity by pressure water and soap solution-24 Nos (e) All types/sizes of Pipes and valves in Plant Room and AHU Rooms (f) various sizes of Ducting (g) All LT Panels/AHU Panels/APFC Panels (h) All types/sizes of cables & Earthings (j) Transfomer, VCB, Busbar trunking, Voltage Stablizers, RMU Etc (k) Internal Fixtures at AC Plant Room (l) Running record to AC plant with log sheets. (m) Sundry works such as temperature maintain inside Bldg/each room , repair to minor leakage seepage if any all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Out sourcing of Services for operation of Centralised Air Conditioning plant at 'B' Block of HQ SWAC, AF Stn Chiloda with appropriate categories of industrial personnel (Operator)/Ref Mech in three shifts (03) of 08 Hours each per day at AC Plant 50x3=150 TR Cap(2W+1S/BY). Consisting under :- (a) Water Chiling Maching 50 TR - 03 Nos (02 Nos Working+ 01 No Standby) (b) Pumps for chilled water, Condensor water, Primary Pumps, Secondary Pumps draining out of plant complete all as specified and directed (c) Cleaning of Cooling tower of Capacity 100TR from algae and corrossion - 01 Nos (d) Cleaning of filters of AHUs of Various capacity by pressure water and soap solution -04 Nos (e) All types/sizes of Pipes and valves in Plant Room and AHUs Rooms (f) Ducting (g) All LT Panels/AHU Panels/APFC Panels Earthing etc (h) All types/sizes of cables (j) Internal Fixtures at AC Plant Room (l) Running record to AC plant with log sheets. (m) Sundary works such as temperature maintain inside Bldg/each room , repair to minor leakage seepage if any all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Out sourcing of Services for operation of DG Sets installed at different locations at HQ SWAC, AF Stn Chiloda with appropriate categories of industrial personnel (Operator)/FGM in three shifts (03) of 08 Hours each per day . Consisting under :- (a) All types/sizes of cables (b) All types capacity of LT panel, AHU panels & earthings etc (c) Log sheet of DG set with running records (sample to be be collect from AGE E/M sub division.

Rates required to be quoted for executing the work as described in Serial No. 1.00 to 3.00 above:-

Basic Minimum Wages per person (killed Labour) as per latest MOL&E Rates/ existing rules.

Employees Provident Fund as mentioned in the tender documents (EPF).

Employees State Insurance Contribution as mentioned in the tender documents (ESIC).

Contribution of Bonus as mentioned in the tender documents.

Over head & profit on serial No. 4.01 to 4.04.

LWC as mentioned in the tender documents (Labour Welfare Cess).

GST as mentioned in the tender documents.

Note for Sch `A Item No. 4.01 to 4.07 above:-

The bidders are requested to refer the clause 28.00 to 41.00 of Schedule A (BOQ) Notes on Serial Page No 13.00 to 15.00 of Tender Documents before quoting the rates for above rates.

Note for Sch `A Item No. 1.00 to 3.00 above:-

The bidders are requested to refer the E-IN-C's Policy No 66546/Manual/M&O Tender/64/E8 Dated 20 Aug 2020. Contractor has to submit the valid Labour Licence from Labour Comissioner within 15 days of commencement of work. If the contractor fails to submit the same within the stipulated period, the contract shall be liable to be cancelled and the Performance Security of the firm shall be forfeited accordingly.

Electricians hand tools, tester, Meggar or test lamp, safety shoes and hand gloves suitable for working pressure 1100 Volts and tested up to 11000 Volts will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

The contractor should always keep in mind that it is only the services of these contract labours is outsourced & not manpower. So providing reliever will be sole responsibility of contractor.

DHPP for running of DG set shall be issued by department and proper record to maintain by the contractor all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rates quoted shall be including minor repair as per daily weekly or monthly check.

Electrcity as required shall be made available to the contractor free of cost by department.

Contractor shall also maintain the DG daily log sheets for running of DG set as per format and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of Substation/ pump house premises and surrounding the area inside fence/ compound wall complete all responsibility of contractor.

Emergency light will be provided by the contractor during night hours without any extra cost.

All safety precautions as per IE rules should be strictly followed by contracted employees & department shall not be held responsible for any untowards incident.

Attendence Register of Staff Employed will be maintained by JE E/M. If any labour found absent, necessary penalty/ recovery will be made by Engineer-in-charge as per CA clause.

Qualification & experience certificate of contracted labours should be produced by contractor. (i) The Skilled AC Plant Operator/Skilled Electrician should have minimum Qualification ITI and 4 years Experiance in relevant trade. (a) The Skilled AC Plant Operator/Skilled Electrician shall be required to maintain/ checking the installations etc. all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge. (b) The Skilled AC Plant Operator/Skilled Electrician personnel shall be provided with protective clothing & shall wear them while operating the plant/ installation. In case of any accident/ Injury, fatal or partial disability, the cotractor shall be solely responsible for setting all Claims/ Compensation. Department will have a right to recover any sum indicated/ Claimed by labour Commissioner/ Court directive. GE will however ensure that contractor has provided all adequate & required means to the workmen and contractor shall get his personnel insured.

Contractor has to produce Photo ID of the staff employed with security pass number issued by Main Guard Air force Station.

Staff employed will be given 2 sets of uniform.

GST/ EPF paid certificate should be enclosed with RAR.

It should be ensured by contractor that minimum labour charges are paid as per the minimum fare wages act and wages register duly signed by concerned labour will be produced alongwith RAR by the contractor. If rates quoted by the L1 bidder are less than Schedule of Minimum Fare Wages, then that bidder will not be considered bonafide and action will be taken as per the instructions of Accepting Officer.

The payment to every staff employed on work shall be made in the Aadhaar linked bank account through account payee cheque/ RTGS/ NEFT only.
