The scope includes reception services, room cleaning and maintenance, toiletries

management, and general upkeep of common areas such as lounges, dining halls, and Rupees One And

documentation maintenance. All materials and consumables required for hospitality Only

operations are to be included. The service shall comply with applicable health, hygiene,

NOTE : 1. All works shall be carried out as per public Works Department hand book and other specification of Division or as directed.

3. Rate quoted include clearance of site (prior commencement of work and at its clouse) in all respects and hold good for work under all conditions, site,

moisture, weather etc.
