First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b). Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company ans scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c). Third storage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d). Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inohor-5/NB-10 a Govt Laboratory certified branded halogen compound. (e). Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vacuum cleaner. (f) . Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69, complete all as specified. NOTE:-THE WORK SHALL BE CARRIED THROUGH SPECILIZED AGENCY AS APPROVED BY GE.

NOTEs for item no. 1 to 9 :- (i) Agency shall submit government laboratory test certificate of TERBAC-G5/INCHOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC-G65/ INOXII-60/NB-69 and also provide certificate confirming the complete sterilization of water tanks mentioning the name of station and date of cleaning. (ii) It should be mandatory that all the cleaning & sterilization staffs shall be covered under accidental insurance coverage. (iii) Outlet pipe of OHT should be plugged before cleaning the OHT to avoid entering scals and the same shall be reconnected after cleaning the OHT and the quoted rate shall deemed to include for the revision . (iv) sterilization team shall comprised of at least 30% members who are minimum 03 months certificate holder in water tanks sterilization. (v) The contractor shall be responsible for rectification of complaints occurred during cleaning the tank. Complete leakage related / breaking of valves etc during work shall deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate.

Material and labour for cleaning of RCC equilisation tank of approx size 5.5 m x 8.0 m x 5.5 m of STP at D sector by bailing out the accumulated raw water at the bottom and removing the complete silt/sludge/dirt from the tank and depositing away exc 1.5 KM and n.exc 5.0 KM from site as directed, scrapping the tank inner walls and bottom with wire brush and cleaning the tank by applying anti- bacterial spray. complete all as directed. Note: (a) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of T&P and transportation required for disposal of sludge/dirt away from the site. (b) The cleaning of tank shall be performed every month as per manufacturers recommendations.for following location.
