IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ITEM NOS 1 TO 3 : 1) Design / drawing / BOM of the Panel Board incl all accessories showing the dimensions is to be obtained from the Manufacturer / Supplier & is to be got approved from the Engr-In-Charge & GE before placing final order to the manufacturer. 2) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. 3) The electrical connection of digital Multi Functional Meter in the MCC panel is to be done from load side so that monitoring of various parameters viz. Voltage, Current, KW, KVA, power factor, frequency etc. can be done for both SEB mains & DG mains. 4) Necessary PCC foundation/plinth shall be as per the recommendations of OEM / Supplier etc. & cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. 5) Purchase Vouchers & Test Certificates to be submitted in Original to Engr-In-Charge for checking & records.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ITEM NOS 4 & 5 : 1) Design / Drawing / Technical specifications etc. of the complete Submersible Pumping Set & Starter is to be obtained from OEM / Auth Supplier / Dealer strictly keeping in view the actual ground / site requirement & the same is to be got approved from Engr-In-Charge & GE before placing final order to the manufacturer. 2) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. 3) PVs & Test / Guarantee / Warantee Certificates to be submitted in Original to the Engr-In-Charge for checking & records.
