Construction of Extra Room With Toilet and Bathroom Including Electrical Work at Security post at Magazine area of KIM

• i) The tenderer should have experience of having executed any type of civil work except bituminous road work of the values given below in any Govt Organization/ PSU/ Public Limited Company during the past 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited.

a) At least three (3) works as mentioned above, of the value not less than ₹15.20 Lakhs each.

OR

b) At least two (2) works mentioned above, of the value not less than ₹19.00 Lakhs each.

OR

c) At least one (1) works mentioned above, of the value not less than ₹30.40 Lakhs each.

The following documents to be submitted in support of the technical eligibility.

a) Copy of Work order / contract copy/ purchase order issued by the employer in the name of the tenderer. In case of sub-contractor copy of permission for the engagement of tenderer as sub-contractor from Principal Employer will be required additionally.

b) Job Completion certificate/ Commissioning Certificate/ Final Acceptance Certificate issued by the employer for work/ works.

c) Contact person’s name, e-mail id and mobile/ telephone no. of the client.

ii) Consortium bidding is not allowed.

iii) In case the bidder submits its credential as a subcontractor. The bidder shall submit principal employer’s letter of acceptance/permission for subcontracting indicating scope

• The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March’2023/24 should not be less than ₹11.40 Lakhs.

The following documents to be submitted in support of the financial eligibility

a) Copies of Audited annual financial reports/Turnover certificate/ Balance sheet and Profit & Loss account for the last three consecutive financial years ending 31.03.2023/24 i.e. FY-2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24.

- The turnover certificate and the audited profit and loss account certified by the CA members from 01.07.2019 onwards, submitted by bidder in support of the turnover against the eligibility criteria shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).
