Laying of RCC Road in MFL

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including cleaning the existing surface and shuttering if required, in leveling courses at damaged areas , pot holes etc., complete at all levels and locations as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing , Fabricating & fixing in position reinforcement for RCC work with Thermo mechanically treated (TMT) bar of various diameters and grade of steel as specified below conforming to IS specification including cutting, , bending, hoisting, fabricating and placing in position according to drawings and binding the reinforcement with GI annealed binding wire in two strands of 18 gauge and providing PVC / Cement Concrete cover blocks for placing the reinforcements in position and for maintaining the cover specified and/or according to relevant IS. Authorized laps and splices, chairs of any shape & profile, Spacer bar of any shape & profile only will be measured and paid separately. all complete as directed by Engineer - in - Charge. a) TMT bars of grade Fe-500 conforming to IS - 1786/85

Providing and laying 200 mm thick average vacuum dewatered flooring ( Tremix flooring) with design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and vibrating Concrete by using screed vibrator and suction dewatering using approved make equipment and finishing the top surface to required level and grade using power trowels of standard, levelling to required slope/ camber,finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). all complete and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying of Separation Membrane of polyvinyl chloride slipmemberane sheet 200 micron thick of approved quality laid below floor concrete with laps not less than 300 mm on transverse direction and 150 mm on longitudinal direction joints complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and applying semi rigid sealent (4x8 mm) in construction joint and contraction joints at all location. Work includes cutting of groove of specified thickness ,cleaning of groove , providing backing rod of specified thickness, apply of bond agent to the inside of the groove and over the backing rod, placing of sealent , and cleaning the surface . sealent having shore hardness in range of 50 or higher and a lower MAF of 20-30% complete all as per drawing and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Pre moulded Joint filler, 25 mm thick for expansion joint.
