Transportation including Carriage loading & unloading of MS heavy pipe & stacking within a lead of 03 KM from E&M W/Shop to work site of size 100 mm/150mm inner dia MS heavy pipe including bends .

Laying and jointing of 100mm MS heavy duty flanged pipe in position on surface.

Layingand jointing of 150mm MS heavy duty flanged pipe in position on surface.

Supply of R.I..cloth joints for 150mm pipe joints

Supply of R.I..cloth joints for 100mm pipe joints

Welding by electric plant for flange & misc Work

Supply of Ms Nut Bolt 5/8X2 1/2"

Making 90or 120 degree (or as required bend/Tee/short piece )of 150mm dia M.S heavy duty pipe without flange

Making 90or 120 degree (or as required bend/Tee/short piece )of 100mm dia M.S heavy duty pipe without flange

Providing and fixing G.I. Union in G.I. pipe including cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws etc. complete (New work) :50mm Nominal Bore for connection of firefighting Hose

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) :50mm Nominal bore to regulate firefighting point

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
