SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - I

M & L for filteration and dehydration of transformer oil by dehydration machine to achieve the die-electric strength/ insulation value upto 65 KV/40KV (RMS) at standard gap of electrodes 2.5 mm for one minute for 11/0.433KV trfs including insulation testing of oil with help of suitable equipments before and after dehydration including BDV Test compete all as specified and directed.Note: (i) Contractor will have to arrange the dehydration machine and transformer oil dielectric strength testing equipment as mentioned and same shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted. (ii) Test result of transformer oil before and after dehydartion is required to submit by contractor duly signed by all concerned. (iii) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before commencement of dehydration process. (iv) Additional quantity of transformer oil if any required for making the oil level upto the requirement in transformer shall be measured and paid separately as supply and filling but its cost of heating shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item.HQ IGAR (E) (400 KVA-01, 250 KVA-02 & 100 KVA-01).

M&L for EHV grade insulating tranformer oil and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Power oil or equivalent.

M&L for Electric yard gravelling of 15.0 cm (llose thickness) by broken stone of 40 mm size in and around two pole/ four pole structure/ substation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch triple pole machinically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 200 amps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(cost of GOD includes cost of GI Pipe required for operation and these rates bases on reputed manufacturer like jaipuria.

Servicing and maintenance of Gang Operated Switch, Drop out fuse assembly triple pole, by applying white petroleum jelly, greasing the operating mechanism, drop out fuse assembly (Set of three); repairing/replacing worn out male contact(moving blade contact) , Female contact(Fixed jaw contact), post insulators (Each set), copper jumper, MS jumper carrier, arcing horn, operating pipe of GI 25 mm dia 'B' class, pipe guide, locking arangement, operating lever, fixing of appropriate HT fuse element, nut bolts, etc and making the GOD functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M & L for cleaning and preparation of steel surfaces of existing dull painting of transformer outdoor type including radiators, cooling ducts, vent pipes, condensor etc and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint (heat resistant type) according to to IS colour code by spray machine for capacity upto 400 KVA transformer outdoor/indoor complete all as specified and directed

Servicing and repairng/ carrying out maintenance of 11KV/433V transformer including the following works upto 250 KVA and 100 KVA capacity (a) Removing from platform and disconnecting electrical connection from HT and LT side including transporting the transformer to work shop. (b) Dismantling the transformer, drain out transformer oil, lift the cover,coil assembly keep up the assembly in oven upto the preparation of inside chambers by cleaning inside, scraping complete all around old parts of the transformer. (c) M & L for two coats of oil resistance painting internal (inside transformer) over a coat of red oxide primer. (d) Cleaning the core iron sheet laminations asssembly by oil complete,removing the carbon sediments, dust in the coil and core gently without making any damage to coil and core. (e) Re-assembling all dismantled parts including provision of new gasket,nut,bolts,refilling with transformer oil and transporting back to original location including elecric conection testing and commissioning complete. NOTE :- (i). Oil filtration,supply of new oil will be measured separately. (ii). All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket minor weldings are deemed to be included the rate quoted (iii). The rate for transport and lifting of transformer by crane should be deemed to include in the rate quoted.
