Supplying & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Supply/Exhaust Air Grills with aluminium volume control dampers as per technical specifications with all the necessary mounting accessories as required in accordence with the approved shop drawings and as per technical specifications and mounting accessories as required for complete installation.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Tube Axial fan complete with tube casing, impeller, bird screen, necessary nut bolts and directly coupled TEFC Sq.cage, IE-2 induction motor (if not mentioned) suitable for 415V±10%, 50 Hz. 3 phase electric supply and complete as per technical specifications,noise level shall not be more than 65 dB (A) measured at 1.0m distance (if not mentioned). with all the necessary mounting accessories, vibration isolators as required for complete installation.

The motor and impeller speed shall be less than 1500 RPM and capacities shall be as follows:

Air Qty. = 9500 CFM LT panel room exhaust Maximum sound power level at source (LWA) -90 dB (A).Axial fans with fire Rating for 250ºC for 2 hrs with 'H'Class Protection of Motor.
